Don’t waste your money

It is piece of crap. It broke down less than 30 days and the worst part they indicate they have 24/7 customer service tried to call no one‘s answer. Try to do live chat. They don’t answer it either bad customer service. I won’t recommend this to no one, besides subscriptions pretty expensive as well. It is not too accurate. As far as location you give you general idea but not pinpoint location so I’ll be sending it back and try to get my subscription money back as well. Shameful.

Actual product is great, it's the service that isn't.

Let's just get to it. I had one a few years ago from the same company, so I decided to get a new one and have it active for a bit. Everything went flawlessly. It updates well, and after a bit of messing around it's easy to figure out how to use the various features. It's not 100% accurate with location, but it is pretty close. It uses 4G so its basically older technology bouncing around from tower to tower and may not be fully supported by every tower. The connectivity seems fine. Pretty durable. All around it is a good value for the money. I don't seem to receive the notifications always however. But this could again be due to it using 4G.

My only complaint is I cancelled the service thinking I gave it a good test run and I'll stick it in my desk for another time. Then something came up and I changed my mind. I'll be traveling for a bit and wouldn't it be nice to know for sure where my spare car is during that time? So I decided since tomorrow it is set to expire I'll add an additional month of service. Nothing flawless there though. Can't find a way to do it at all on their website even though I'm logged into my account. It says I can do it via the app, but when I click to add my card and have it charge it, it says " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR 1 MONTH ON 2026-07-24". And it still shows my cancellation date is tomorrow, August 24, 2026! How can it renew on 2026 07 24? Will it go back in time? I don't have time to figure out if it's charged my card or not. According to the screen shot I have it seems like it may have, but I don't know so I'll have to wait a day or two to figure it out. And since it's a Sunday and I'm going to be busy I don't know time to figure out why a company that's been around for so long can't allow people to re-up their subscription on their website, or why their app isn't continuing my subscription after it says I paid for it. It means either wasting time back and forth in email or over the phone, so it'll have to wait until another time. Very big let down because it was mostly a good experience and worth me continuing for a bit more and even considering it as something I'd pull out of my desk and use on my personal vehicle or spare vehicle when I'm away from home. But if it's going to be this much of a mess I don't have time for it.

Bad warranty help

Customer support was absolutely garbage. App also doesn’t notify my. Been trying every way to set my phone up to get notifications but haven’t got any. Have to go into the app. They let me down after hundreds of dollars. (29.99a month service) Device finally stopped charging after a year. Been in my skidsteer cab the whole time. Called them to figure out a new device. Been trying to charge it for 3 days. They told me to plug it in and set it by the window. The charger is sitting on my counter right next to 2 large windows. Cancelled my subscription. Lifetime warranty my butt. Try your luck….

They will not end your subscription and will not issue refund chat support was completed rude to me

Do not purchase. You will need a subscription to use the tracking device. And if the device is not tracking properly they will not end your stand they will not refund your money. I purchased this device and politely asked for a refund and to end subscription via phone call and text chat. I was texted back on chat that they will not issue me a refund. Now they cut my phone calls it goes to record a message and the chat is completely rude to me.

Paid 2 months, never saw location, and can’t cancel subscription

I have been unable to get support and I’ve been charged two months of subscription I can’t seem to cancel because the they don’t allow cancelling without speaking or chatting with someone and they are never there. I basically have the description but my device will not work and has never shown tracking information. Horrible.

Great for the purpose.

Device has a strong magnet, which is great. Heavy and can go a lot of places in the vehicle. Long battery life and good app, especially the geo fences. Update to accuracy of local area is needed, especially if not a popular town.

Plan price is higher than advertised

I spoke to tech support and they sent a new device that worked properly and adjusted the subscription price for a few months to make up for the misunderstanding. Great customer service.

Tracki has the BEST SUPPORT!!!

I use Tracki boxes on my skidsteers and they provide me excellent peace of mind. They hold up to high temperatures and dust in the engine bays and the battery life is outstanding. I have not had to charge the batteries yet and they are still at 30% charge after 2months of use.

I recommend these to everybody. The magnet is really strong and its so nice because I can move it from my equipment to my truck to my trailer etc.

The Tracki boxes have 24hr support and I called in to get some help and the agent was amazing. The monthly service is well worth the money and these are not even in the same ballpark as a Apple Airtag.

Don't hesitate. Buy one NOW

Me ha encantado este GPS tracker. Es fácil de instalar, muestra la ubicación exacta del vehículo y se actualiza muy rápido. Me da mucha tranquilidad saber siempre dónde está el carro o camión, ya sea para trabajo o seguridad. ¡Muy recomendado!

Expect 1/2 claimed battery life

It's a good tracking device, but the battery life is a joke. I had it all the time on "locate only mode" with all the battery saving settings ON, and the battery lasted only 5 months and couple of weeks...!!! I also find the subscription fee is too much.

So far so good

Received the device set it up and began the charging process. The light flashed for several hours and then stopped so I assumed it's fully charged. I Powered the device on the next day and it was only at 90%. It's been on for the most of the day and is now at 87%. With this being said I'm just a little concerned about the battery life. As far as the location goes I will say that it is extremely accurate even showing where at in the house the tracker is currently sitting. I'll update this review if I have any problems with battery life that need to be addressed.

Don’t work as intended

The app freezes, even after close/open it doesn’t work, and the gps doesn’t show even after registration, also it doesn’t come with the charger, so you need to buy a 5v 2amp charger. The subscription to make it work is very expensive as well.

Great product.

Nice product. Customer service gave me life time warranty. It was a limitted offer.

Great Device !!!

Great Device!!! We purchased this device last minute as we were headed out of town and we’re able to track the movements when my neighbor borrowed it for a few weeks. It gave us peace of mind, knowing our piece of equipment was safe and stayed within the Geo fence of his home. Very pleased with the battery life and the extra strong magnet. The app is easy to use and is very fast with location and alerts. Thank you for an awesome product Tracki. We contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond extending our subscription and what other products might be available to us. 👍🏽

The magnet on this tracker is amazing quality. It adhered even when the car was totaled at high speed. The battery on it lasted a long time as well. After about three months of driving, it still had 65% charge. Highly recommend in the app is very easy to use and user-friendly. I liked that it didn’t alert me that I was being tracked every time I got into the car unlike other trackers that would alert somebody if they stole it. You need to download the app in order to use it. The plans are great price! Highly recommend!!!
