I bought these for use on my treadmill only. Love the fit but after 3 months of use the left bud would not charge. I attempted to clean battery connectors and even tried holding it in place to see if it would charge to no avail. Sad because they are really comfortable but not worth the money for only 3 months of use for two hours a day in the gym.

The headphones worked great at first. Took me some time to get use to the finger taps but they only lasted two months before they broke. The ear piece snapped right off when I placed it in my ear.

I was really impressed when I opened the box and saw how the headphones were packaged. Pairing to my phone was super easy and the box came with detailed instructions about how to operate the device. The audio quality is phenomenal which allows me to get in the zone in the gym or at work. If you’re looking into buying new bluetooth headphones I’d strongly recommend these!

I recently purchased these headphones, and I must say, they have exceeded all my expectations! The noise cancellation feature is absolutely fantastic and much needed when I am at calls at the home office
The sound quality is also outstanding. The audio is crisp and clear and have not had any issues with dropping of sound quality during calls or while listening to music. These headphones are also incredibly comfortable to wear for extended periods. I have used them during working out and have had no issues with discomfort. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend these headphones to anyone in search of superior noise cancellation and exceptional sound quality.

The TREBLAB support team reached out to me in regards to my inconsistent audio issues. The first interactions was to help me troubleshoot my issues and afterward they offered to send a replacement unit (which was an updated 2023 model). It seems the 2023 model does not have the same audio issue that my 2022 model I originally purchased had. I am very appreciative of the support team reaching out and ultimately solving my issue. It is reassuring to have great customer support.

I have owned these earbuds for roughly 9 months and in general they have been pretty good. They fit rather comfortably in my ears and I tend to do physical activity when listening to my music so the form factor is convenient for me. However, I have noticed that sometimes the audio is choppy even when my phone is directly right next to me. I am unsure what the reason is for this as it happens only occasionally. When it's happening, it becomes difficult to focus on the exercise because hearing your music skip throws you off the mood.
If it becomes too frequent, I will replace it but I will see how long I can keep these for.

Pretty good headphones. The over ear grip is good for running, but theyre def not as good as the x5s. The sound quality is about 50% and if you sleep on your side, forget about them. Also the charging case isnt as good and one of the prongs got stuck, so the right headphone doesnt charge. Their customer service has been great the past 6 years though, so hopefully they fix it. Solid company. Pretty crappy headphones

I have had these for a year and I use them everyday for music, podcasts, shows, audiobooks, you name it.
The battery life is ok, I would say that I get about 6-7 hours of continuous use.
I use them mostly at work and love that I can pair with just one of them while the other stays charging in the case. When one gets low I can just swap them.
Sound is pretty good, an audiophile might have a different opinion but for day to day they're great. They muffle outside noise pretty well even without being true noise cancelling headphones.
They are super comfortable and don't feel loose like same other ear wrap style headphones I've had in the past. They also don't sit weird in my ear.
Pairing is no problem and I can get a good 100ft away before it starts to break up. The only issue I've found is sometimes when I've been listening on just one for awhile and try to pair the other it will keep disconnecting. All I have to do is put them both in the charger and take them back out and they're fine again.
All said, I love these headphones and would definitely buy them again. I've actually been considering getting another pair for my daughter cause I know they're good.

The right earbud is working well. It is stable while running and sound is OK. However the left earbud stopped working after three times. The price is too expensive for only one earbud...

For about four months, these earbuds were my favorite things. The sound quality and battery life were great. But then I could only get one to power on and neither would connect to my cell phone. I felt cheated. Four months??? That's it?!? BUT, a left a review saying how disappointed I was (basically what you just read). Someone reached out immediately and sent me a BRAND NEW PAIR that have been working nicely for a couple of weeks. So far so good, but the customer service is the REAL star here. I'm a happy customer.

After 4 months, the product would hold a full charge for only 2 hours. Customer Service replaced headset entirely at no charge. I do appreciate the hassle-free customer service and I hope the new headset works much longer. If you're not happy with the product, give their customer service a chance to fix it.

The tactile button on it is a bad design, it pushes the device into your ear making it uncomfortable. That would be fairly manageable BUT one of the pieces stopped working - it stays with the red light always on and is unresponsive. Tried contacting the company but my mail fell on deaf ears.

I’ve had these for a year. I use them at work — I work construction, material testing and inspections.
I love the fit. It’s easy for touch controls with the toggle switch, and when I want to pull the earbud out but not turn it off I can just leave it hanging on my ear.
The pair I have I use everyday, M-F, almost nonstop from 8-4. The battery life is fantastic. Up until the last month it would last me about 3 days, typically. The noise proofing is sometimes too good; I have to be careful especially when I’m around heavy equipment. I’ve used them while going for a run and I didn’t have any issues with sweat and whatnot. They stayed in.
Wearing them 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week sometimes leaves the inside of my ears swelled, but not enough to note it. I should also note that I only wear one at a time a majority of the time. I hardly wear both, but that’s not to say I haven’t. When my ears do start to hurt, I just switch earbuds/ears.
Customer service was great the last time I used them. For product replacement they require you to submerge the earbuds in water and send a photo of proof, which I thought was odd, but I guess that’s how they keep track of warranties. The first pair I had stopped working properly within the first 3 months, and I got a replacement for free.
My only gripe is that the earbuds only lasted me a year. It’s now at the point where the right earbud doesn’t hold a charge, and only lasts about 10 minutes before dying. The left earbud still works alright, but I’m not sure for how much longer. The backlit lights on the front of the case say there’s a full charge, but that’s just simply not the case anymore.
Bottom line; I’ll purchase them again. They’ve definitely gotten their use, and I’m pretty happy with them. Got probably about 1900 total hours out of them.
Controls are:
Plus - click: volume up ; click and hold: skip 1 song
Minus - click: volume down ; click and hold: start at beginning of current song/back 1 song
Circle - click: pause/resume ; click and hold: power on/off

The fit isn’t eat it used to be, the older models sealed up in my ear hole, really nice, would block out all the ambient noise. These don’t do that. The drum behind the tip that sticks out is much bigger and after wearing them all day, the area around my ear hole gets sore.

They replaced my JBL which would not charge. So it was this or the Beats. Price won the day. Out of the box, they were great. The first problem is the pairing. They pair easy...way too easy. They will pair while charging. Open the case and they pair. Wiggle the case and they pair. This resulted in drained battery life. After manually unpairing, they left ear no longer charges. This has become too much hassle. I need a good ear wrap around bluetooth and the search continues.
UPDATED: I ordered a replacement and the left ear also did not charge straight out of the box. Once paired they again had the same issue of randomly connecting. The left one soon died as it had 30% batter from the factory. I gave up and bought the expensive Beats. You can see side by side, they look similar. But, that is where the similarity stops. I sent the new ones back.
I have emailed the manufacturer on the old (80 days) ones and they have not replied. This is ridiculous. 80 days and they don't work. Where is the pride on not taking advantage of the customer?

Their customer service reached out to me and asked If I could give their product another chance and I agreed. I'm glad I did. These earbuds are fantastic. The sound is great and they stay secure during workouts. My initial issue was that the pair I had did not charge. These sit nicely in the case and take charge. Great customer service and product. These are very versatile and are equally at home with music or speech nb audiobooks at first I found them a bit base light on certain genres.
However I'm fortunate to own both
Xr100 and 800's and by switching the earbud covers the base can be increased for rock listening so you get the best of both worlds.
