I purchased these headphones in January 2026 for about $80. After roughly seven months of normal use, the plastic bar/headband just above the folding point cracked from normal folding and storing of the headphones. I temporarily taped the cracked area so I could continue using them, but the left earphone has since stopped producing audio.
I also found the fit surprisingly loose. Even at the smallest adjustment, there is noticeable slack and the ear cups don't sit quite right on my ears. I don't consider my head particularly small, so I was surprised that I couldn't adjust them any tighter.
They worked fine before these issues developed, but for an $80 pair of headphones, I expected substantially better durability. A product specifically designed to fold for storage should be able to withstand normal folding without the surrounding plastic cracking after only seven months.
Between the durability, loose fit, and difficulty getting support once they failed, I wouldn't purchase this model again.
Customer
they do what they’re supposed to, but they break easily. i bought these in july 2025 and they broke in december 2025. i wouldn’t say it’s worth the price point, as i’ve had cheaper headphones do a better job.

Good audio quality, great noise cancellation, and a nice base. However the battery is not 35 hours, it drains too quickly for it to last that long. Also other people will hear your music/audio so don’t blast it too loud. Overall, good quality for price, I did get it on sale (I wouldn’t pay the full $120 for these).

Just got them today. 7/22/25. I bought these for the gym. I am a very sweaty person and saw a lot of good things about these headphones. I haven’t found a good pair of headphones. I sweat from my head to the point it looks like I took a shower. I will return with an update when I have a couple of gym sessions.

Absolute total garbage. Received the headphones open the box and charge them. Connected them to my computer via Bluetooth audio came through until I move the headphones more than a foot away from my tower. Lost connectivity and less it was sitting on top of my tower.

Purchased these over a year ago. I've been happy with the sound quality, battery life, noise cancelling, you name it. The only thing I can complain about are the earpads. I understand that they wear over time but I believe a company should have wearables available to be sold separately. It is VERY ANNOYING that I have to buy another pair of headphones because these accessories are not available; unless I want to have my ears painted black after every use.

I know the Apple brand is top pick for most young kids, but I am cheap! I feel like this brand does a great job blocking the noise without messing with the quality of the music you hear. I enjoy them and would definitely recommend them!

I've had my TrebLab headphones for about a year and a half now. As a software developer, I wear them daily for 8+ hours a day listening to music and podcasts while I work. Sound quality and noise cancellation have been excellent and overall, they do work well.
HOWEVER, after about 1.5 years, the battery life has begun to deteriorate. I used to be able to go days without having to plug in the headphones. But now need to plug them in after 6> hours of use. Albeit, for some folks, that's just fine with them as they may not use them for more than a couple hours at a time, but for me, it is pretty frustrating. My work days are usually 9+ hours and personally, working on code in silence makes the day drag on even longer so I need my headphones to last.
They served their purpose as long as they could and were otherwise great quality, but the slowly dwindling battery life is a deal breaker for me, so I'll be looking elsewhere for my new pair.

When I shopped for this pair it was discounted and for the life of me, I can not pay what some of them cost. If you sweat, there is no way to properly clean the 'leather'? material that soaks up your sweat. The controls are fine, holds a charge for a pretty good while and does the job. They are an odd fit, but I thought ok. I was miffed they put it as a 'workout match'. If you don't mind the smell of a Jr High locker room, it will be fine. Irritated they listed it as a good gym pair..I was contacted by the makers and they offered to send me two other ear pcs to rotate as they said you can pull them off and clean them. I did. but was never sent another set...Hard to get back in place..I tired, then noticed my sweat had started to rust up the screws inside that contain the electric works..See the pic. Just a matter of time now...((

I bought these to be running headphones and they did not let me down. I first got them halfway through my training and found them to be comfy. Don’t clamp my head too hard and I can wear them for hours without being uncomfortable (I also use them while working to listen to music).
Sound quality is good and they do a decent job of canceling out surrounding noise-I’ll wear them on the plane, too.
Day of my half marathon, it was pouring rain, but they didn’t slip, die, or let me down at all! Didn’t even let any droplets in the cuffs! Kept me going the whole way through!
They connect pretty easily with everything in my ecosystem, though I will say they don’t usually connect to more than 2 items at a time. I’ll forget my iPad is connected and try to switch between my computer and phone and will have to disconnect a device to only have a max of 2 devices connected, but it’s otherwise pretty simple.
Only real complaint I have is that the microphone is very weak. I tested a call outside walking and my sister could barely hear me. With every slight breeze, it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Even at my desk in an otherwise silent room, people could barely hear me. There is a microphone, but use it only as a last resort. This is really more about audio quality, comfort and durability. It won’t replace your AirPods for talking.
Battery life is solid. I’ll go days without charging before it dies. I’ve never gone a long listening session (hours) before when it died on me.
I would definitely overall recommend these if you’re looking for audio-only headphones. Good for sitting at a desk high amount of movement. They’ll stay comfortably in place.

[Update]
Customer service contacted me and offered a replacement. I appreciate the gesture from the Treblab team. The new one works great, no issues till now.
[Original Message]
Good headphones with decent sound quality and fit. Noise cancellation is okay. Most concerning issue is with build quality, mine lasted for only 6 months and the headband broke. The headphone is not usable anymore. I have other headphones like bose and sennheiser which have taken a lot more beating than the treblab headphone and they still work perfectly fine even after 5 years.
I understand it is not fair to compare treblab with bose which is 4/5 times more expensive. But I would settle for a better built headphones and compromise on the noise cancellation features.
Given the build quality issue, I don’t recommend this product.

EDIT: 10/24 My last review, the team at Trelabs Z2 reached out and offered to solve the situation and send another pair. While I appreciated the idea, I really didn't want to go through the headache again and found a replacement already. They offered a refund so the customer support is good! I just can't speak on the product (or at least, the pair I got).
EDIT: 9/8 Unfortunately the swapping between AG audio and Stereo got a lot worse and now I can no longer use the Stereo function. Listening to music on AG Audio is god awful (tin can quality) and the aux-in sounds worse somehow.
I've been very careful with these and I only use them in my home. Tried every troubleshooting I could find online for three days and my work peers have been suffering from my laptop sound quality during it. Extremely disappointed as I missed my return window and I can't get these to work on any of my devices.
----
Overall- pretty decent headset. I've tried wireless in the past and was extremely disappointed with their range/ how to program them. This one has been a lot less fussy- besides the occasional switch between AG (hands free) audio vs. Stereo (the audio you actually want to hear) on Discord. Use it primarily for gaming.
Noise cancellation only works if it's turned on but It's not too shabby. Upgraded from a very old Sennheiser wired headset and it was improvement in sound.
The mic on it is not great, friends say I sound like I'm across the room.

It’s a good product and I used it for about two months with no problems but then the latch broke on one side so every time I put them on and do any type of movement it falls all the way down making me constantly try to refit them. Other then that I think they are some pretty good headphones. But just take that for what it is.

I bought these in September of 2019 and have been using them regularly ever since. I love that they're sweat proof, comfortable, and have decent noise cancelation. The only reason these aren't 5 stars is due to the plastic covers wearing down and crumbling off during normal use. I'm not hard on these and mainly use them while using my elliptical and working from home. These aren't getting thrown in the bottom of a gym bag or anything.
These have decent ear cushion size and are comfortable to wear (I've got a big head for a woman!). Very disappointing that just picking up them up to put them on results it bits of plastic crumbling off.
UPDATE: July 2022 +1 star to 4 total stars for great customer service. They sent me an entirely new headset, unprompted and with no request to modify my review. I fear the crumbling plastic issue remains, but time will tell!

This pair was not tested before it went out the Bluetooth function doesn't work modern headphones don't have a headphone jack so definitely give this product to pass if you need to Bluetooth to work the same day I'm going to have to return these which is always fun and going to different set.
Let's see if they reach out will update.

Tried it for six days. Not impressed.
For some weird reason, stops playing sound when I move from app to app.
Example: I'm watching a video on youtube the i transfer to tiktok. Sound gone, not just in that example. Facebook, instagram, etc..
I need to restart the by switching on/off bluetooth. Good thing connects fast.
Charging time 3hrs for 18hrs, not 35hrs as stipulated.
Also, when battery is in 20%, starts beeping like crazy. Is annoying. Why not in 5% or 10%?
Not good when exercising on the floor as the headphones 🎧 falls off. Not good with people with really short hair or bald head. Trying to put in on the shoulder when exercising it gets in the way.
Not impressed. For what I payed for (roughly $80) they shouldn't fall off. sound should not be gone.
This Is the reason what I bought them for!

First time user of an over the ear wireless headphone. I needed something to replace my wireless in ear headphones (they broke and I always have a hard time finding a pair that stay in my ears) so I decided to give these a try, I looked at others but the prices are crazy, I only use them for working out and maybe while cutting grass/ blowing snow. They are comfortable and for the price, the sound is really good. I'm not looking to be blow away with top of the line sound, I'm looking for good sound while I work out, I got it. They do shift from time to time but I sweat a lot while working out and I have no hair so that doesn't help. I charged them fully before the first use and I got 2 weeks of working out and an hour and a half of snow blowing the driveway before I had to recharge, all in all, I'm very happy with these.
Edit: We’ll I wish I didn’t have to do this but stars are dropping. After a few months of use I’ve noticed that same sweaty smell you get from wrist wraps or lifting gloves only problem is you can’t throw these in the wash. The ear pads are attached and there is no way to clean/sanitize them. I wipe them down after each workout because of sweat but there is no way to clean the thin foam covering over the speaker itself and I don’t want to damage the speaker. Poor design.
Update: they contacted me and sent a newly designed pair and I love them. Perfect for the gym, yard work.

I went into these headphones knowing little about noise cancellation or anything fancy like that. I didn’t want to spend 150 dollars on beat headphones just to have them fall apart 7 months into the year, but I wanted some excellent headphones. Got recommended these from a website, tried them over the last week, and these are definitely the best headphones I’ve ever worn.
The case is pretty solid and even has some stiffness to it to protect the headphones. It’s a bit thick if you’re picky about your cases but it does the job.
The fit is comfortable, feels like pillows on my ears, and I have a long head. The padding is excellent and I can wear these for hours on hours and never feel like something’s gripping my head.
The battery life on this thing is outstanding. Switching between the ANC (Activated noise canceling) and off, I got around 30 hours before I charged them back up. I believe ANC drains the battery but I still believe you get around 22 maybe 25 hours use out of them which is still outstanding compared to my PowerBeats.
With the noise cancellation, when you turn it on, the music gets a little louder, but it does the job I believe. As many people have noted, probably not the best with noise cancellation, but you can wear these on a flight and not be bothered by other noises!
I haven’t used the microphone or calling with them yet so look on other reviews to see other’s experience with this feature. I’d recommend buying these again!

I ordered these headphones in August of 2019 and really like them They are very comfortable and sound great. The problem is that one of the ear pieces broke off while I was working out and I immediately reported it to Treblab via their website email. They responded with a case number and said that I should hear from them with in 24 hours. This was on 12-28-19. Since then I have not heard a thing from them. I have emailed them 4 more times and called them countless times. When you call them you can only leave a message, no live customer care person, and they say that they will return the call within 24 hours. Called twice again today, still nothing. It's too bad that their customer care is so poor because this is a really good product.
Update: I finally heard back from their customer service. They were very nice and apologetic, saying that they were just very busy. They very promptly sent me a new pair of headphones which are awesome. Hence I have changed my review from one star to 4 stars.

UPDATE 12/30/19: Seller promptly contacted me right after this review posted and offered to send a new pair free of charge to replace the broken ones. Great customer service. If they break again in the same way, I will update my review. But for now, I have headphones again and adjusted review to 4*s.
Bought these headphones earlier this year and were very happy with them. They were the first comfortable pair of headphones I've found for working out daily in the gym. Noise cancelling is great and sound quality good. However, they died this morning a horrible death. The swivel portion broke and now they are unfortunately useless. With that price tag I expected them to last much longer than a couple months.

I spend my life travelling for work and I enjoy watching movies on my iPad and on the airline system so I needed good quality headphones. Not only did these headphones meet everything that I needed they succeed to blow right by what I thought I need.
Looking for in purchase:
-Over the ear
-Long battery life
-Noise cancelling
-Bluetooth
Design: The quality of the build is exceptional, especially at the price point. The padding around the ears is very comfortable without getting to hot and causing it to be uncomfortable. The earpieces do rotate for better storage and allow the headphones to lay flat. Having a large head I struggle to find a headset that will fit and these are not an issue. The nice part as a traveler is the charging system, they charge with a micro USB and charge rapidly.
Issues: Nothing significant
Positives:
++Cost
++Construction
++Material
++Fit
++Sound quality
Negatives:
--Case is bulky (I stopped using it after my first trip
Final Thoughts: I am not a music fanatic I mainly watch movies and use these for that so I believe the sound quality is good. I would not claim (as I have not compared them) it is as good as a high end brand but it sounds great to me.
Would I recommend: Absolutely purchase these now

I was looking for a budget over the ear headphone for the gym. I sweat a lot, so the fact that these are sweat proof was a plus because a pair of previous headphones I owned stopped functioning because of excessive sweat (at least that is what I think).
These were light and comfy, even with my glasses. The sound quality was pretty good and the noise cancellation was just okay. At this price point I didn't really have any complaints.
Unfortunately, after about six months of use, the plastic around the adjustment area of the headband have started to deteriorate. I have treated these headphones very well, they might have fell off of my head once or twice while I was laying down on a bench that was no more than two feet off the floor. Other than those incidents, they were never dropped or stretched beyond the limit. The plastic one one side has broken so much so that it is starting to fall apart.
Edit:
Aleksey from Treblab reached out to me and was very helpful. He sent a replacement pair of headphones and they are working great. The customer service was top notch and the new headphones are holding up well!

These headphones pleasantly surprised in many ways -- from the quality of zipper on the case to comfort, included flat cables and (most importantly) quality of sound and noise cancellation.
The headphones connect to my phone incredibly quick -- as soon as I turn them on I get "connected" announcement. The range is great. I haven't fully tested battery life but so far it seems really good as well. I compared these to more expensive headphones by a famous brand and realized how comfortable these are -- more expensive "famous" headphones were squeezing my head hard, while Treblab were gentle, yet steady. One thing "famous" headphones had is a dedicated bass control but personally I don't see a value in that as high bass at such close distance is really damaging to ears. Treblab headphones produce really good sound with good bass but it's not overwhelming. It would be great if there was a companion app where sound settings could be adjusted but I can imagine that it would drive the price way up. One thing I can say for sure is that these headphones are an incredible value. They are not cheap but they are MUCH less expensive than headphones by famous brands that produce comparable sound, and Treblab beats some of them on comfort.
I also used these headphones to make and receive calls -- quality of sound is great on my end (I can hear callers in both ears); people I called said the sound quality was good. I am also able to activate Google assistant on my phone by holding Play button, which makes these headphones even more convenient.
Little details matter and here Treblab is great too -- packaging is very well made, the case has smooth riding quality zipper (it's a pleasure to open it, if you can imagine that :) ). They also included two flat cables (which don't tangle) -- one for charging, another for audio (headphones would still work via cable if there's a tiny charge left). Audio cable has a microphone attached, so you can still make calls when using wired connection. The case also has a carabiner which makes is easy to attach to a strap on a bag, and a wrist handle, making it convenient to carry around.

I was very happy to see it arrived today. Thank you Prime ! for the quick delivery. I needed a good noise cancellation headphones for my 6 hours flight this weekend. It came with a very good packaging box. Very easy to pair up with my Google Pixel phone. I charged it up very quickly. Then, I fired up my favorite music app and played "I Don't Care" by Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber. The sound quality have full range with good bass that will not pop your eardrums. When the noise cancellation is turned on, the sound quality got even better :-) I don't hear the TV noise from my TV when I put it on. I am able to get good signal with a large distance between this headphones phone and my mobile phone. The battery life seems to be very long. This is definitely a very good buy!
That 1 guy who bought that 1 thing
It really is. I can't tell you amazing of a product this is. The first thing you'll notice is that it's EXTREMELY LIGHT when taking it out of the shipping box. Putting it over your ears and on your head, it feels light as air. However, don't let that fool you into thinking this is made from some cheap stuff. The material feels pretty damn durable.
It's also extremely comfortable too. I can go a couple of hours in the gym or walking about the neighborhood and I never experience that earache we all get when using similar over-the-ear headphones.
The battery, quoted at 35 hours, appears to live up to that claim. It's been over a week since receiving this and I haven't charged it since doing a full charge after taking it out of the box.
The ONLY improvement I would see this needing is not making the noise cancelling its own switch. Just because you turn off the power to the headphones does not turn this feature off as well so you have to pray to remember to turn off two things from the headphones. That being said, I'm not giving this any less than 5 stars due to everything else that makes this a superior product.

Needed some headphones to pull double duty for a trip and the gym. It is pretty obvious looking at the box that I got someones return that had the ear cup broken off. Just a bit aggravating to have to return these but no replacement until after trip. I will update this when I get the new pair, they do sound good just holding them up to my ear. Hopefully they were mishandled and this is not a sign of things to come.
Update:
These really do sound very good. I am not an sound junkie but I have tried quite a few over ear headphones. I usually wear my wired Bose QC25 to lift, which I think are very comfortable and sound really good (with ANC on). These sound almost equally as good whether ANC is off or on on the Z2. The ANC on the Z2 isn't Bose but it works OK for $80 and brightens the sound (if that is a thing). Loved the low profile look, they adjusted well but the ear cups were a bit small and shallow for me (wear 7 5/8 hat and probably have bigger than average ears). They are very light but after seeing so many pics with the ear cups broken I sent them back. I am more of a "throw the headphones in the gym bag with no case" kinda guy and don't think they would survive. I don't like reviews where people comment on the quality/durability of an item after owning it for a day or two but I am hard on headphones so It was just my opinion.
One more Update:
Treblab ended up contacting me and I ended up getting a pair of these through them at a discount. They asked me to try them out but I told them I was not going to baby them since my concern was the durability. I have used them for the last 3 months and they have been great. I cut grass, used them for lifting at the gym, wore in a hot tub a few times, threw them in and out of my gym bag and they spent a week on the floor board of my car. I had no issues. I still stand by the fact that they sound really good, somewhere with my Sony CH700N and Ghostek SoDrop2 (which have more bass). They are more comfortable than both of the headphones I mentioned but not quite as comfy as my Bose Qc25. The pads are soft and do a good job sealing around my ear after they warm up. Noise cancelling is decent but it is not a good as my Bose (most are not anyways) but there is a little loss of bass I feel. These are very balanced headphones sound wise. I bought a pair of Ghostek Sodrop Pro's that I sent back because these sounded better. Over all for sub $100 headphones I like them. I go between these and my QC25 for the gym, I have a big head (barely have these adjusted out) and these don't have too much clamping force but enough they don't fall of my head when doing bench press (Sodrop2 would never stay on). I sweat like crazy in them and have not had an issue. If i had to be picky I would say make the logo grey on the ear cups and don't put "right" and "left" on the outside of the headband, small things.

Update 01/09/2019:
Trelab, at the very least, managed my situation with fairness by refunding the full amount shortly after they attempted to replace the broken headphone.
I cannot change my rating of the product, without compromising my integrity, since I have two examples of poor/cheap materials used to manufacture.
But, Trelab cared enough to resolve my grievance, and that deserves to be mentioned.
Update 01/02/2019:
My approach to situations like this is to contact customer support directly, versus publicly embarrassing manufacturers, because I know "stuff" happens.
When Trelab initialy made an offer of 25% off my purchasing a replacement, I opted not to, because I concluded that would be a waste of an additional $67. I wrote the review, attempted a crazy glue fix that failed, and purchased the MPOW H5 for $45, which has superior noise cancellation and Bluetooth connectivity and the same sound quality. The H5's battery is not as good, but for 1/2 the cost of the Trelab, I will not complain.
After reading my review, Trelab contacted me 12/1/2018 for a no cost replacement, which I ignored, then they followed up 12/27/2018, which I complied.
Today, I received the replacement, which came with both headphones broken. (See photo)
Don't buy this product, you are just throwing your money away.
------------------
These are ok headphones: decent sound quality, ok battery life, good enough BT connectivity, but erratic when in motion, especially on long runs. Durability horrific. Mine slipped off a chair arm rest, hit the floor and snapped the pivot piece on the right ear cup, and my less than 2 month headset is now defective.
I guess the old 3ft drop test standard for portable electronics are now longer the industry's standards.
Elsy Londono
These headphones are worth the cash because they provide great sound quality for the price and the overall construction is pretty well done where headband and the ear ups are soft and feel like they are made of premium materials and they also feel good in the hands and on my head since it also lightweight. The box itself seems to also be made of good material and the unboxing experience was decent. The anc on these are not that bad and I would say it blocks at least 75-80% of the ambient sound around me, it mostly blocks my air conditioning unit which was something I was quite surprised about. They do however release this very slight white-noice in the background but it can easily be ignored and the music sounds like it is slightly amplified, if not, slightly clears up the vocals. Most importantly the battery life is really impressive by providing well over 30 hours of use on one single charge and of course that depends and the volume and whether the anc is on.
However, after listening to these for only a few minutes I happen to notice this faint static like hiss in the background whenever my phone is connected via Bluetooth and it only appears when I’m about to play a song, after pausing, and it tends to fade in and out, but is not present when connected via a tangle-free cable to the phone that is provided that also comes with a convient mic and play/pause button.
In the end, these headphones are definitely worth the money and has room for improvement but the price can not be beat, plus it comes with a decently well made hard shell carrying case where I feel I have confidence in it in the scenario where my headphone were to take a fall while inside them. Also worth mentioning it also comes with a carabiner and wrist strap attached to the case.

I own the Oneplus 5T and one of the things that I instantly noticed and wanted to take advantage of was the Aptx HD capability. Thus the hunt began for headphones began. A lot of headphones have Aptx out there. My pair that just gave up the ghost and the pair I bought to destroy at work, (I work with composites) bith had Aptx and I was instantly attracted to it's better sound over bluetooth. But finding a pair with "Aptx HD" can be a challenge. I must admit if you read this whole ad it doesn't say Aptx HD it says High Definition but in a tossed word description.
I went with these due to the exciting 35 hour battery life but was slightly happy with my purchase knowing it was only Aptx. First world problems right?
Well folks, i recieved them at work today. Very well done.
I then turned thy box over to DISCOVER in ALL THAT IS HOLY...The Aptx HD logo. I scoffed.
I laughed because I look at the guys and go "It's too funny I went with these because they are a fantastic price ans good battery life but was sad they're missing Aptx HD and turn to find out this pair must have called my name cause thar she blew.
I also thought they just put HD on there to get our hopes up but hope no more people! These Legit have it. I instantly paired them to my oneplus 5T and BOOM there it was in all her glory. Aptx HD with my shiny new headphones.
I then turned to one of my favorite bands to jam out a tune or two and these headphones rocked me.
The sound was fantastic. The feel was great! The bass was not overwhelming but you could feel it and it was pronounced. HD was working. This was a great buy.
So! I will take a few pictures and possibly a screenshot to show it does exist!
