Not tangleproof at all. One ear goes on and off. Had them less than a year. Contacted them and they said ours was defective and they sent a replacement quickly, so we shall see how long this new one holds up. Good customer service.

Right earbud stopper working, bought on Jul 2022

The product sounded good and worked well until now without tangling as well. The Right earbud stopped working suddenly, seems like a loose contact. Bought in Jul 2022.

One ear plug don’t work

I bought these to take a trip so could listen to music and what video without disturbing others. I brought 2 months before my trip and packed them. When i am in the air time to take out my new ear buds but wait only one of the plugs works. I try turning the volume up with no success. Here on my lovely trip and I have to pay for new ear plugs.

I’m sure I’m past the return date but that’s cool. My advice to everyone. These are not what I thought they would be. They don’t work I received them that way and now I can’t send them back for replacement or refund. Don’t buy them. Cheap product period. I just sent a message to all I referred these to and said don’t buy these cheap ear plugs unless you want to buy another pair that works. These are a rip off. And the box came all bent up. I’m on the plane with these cheap plugs ugh

They still tangle, although not as bad. Cord bent at jack right away and shorts out. When using for phone any movement against clothes makes annoying noise for people on the other end. I bought their other ones

Shocked me then popped.

The build quality is nice and the sound is decent. I especially like how nicely packaged it is and the little magnets that keep the earbuds togeter; My issue is while using them plugged into my laptop the right ear bud popped loudly and shocked/burned my ear a bit. I didn't have my volume high or anything it, and I don't think I was over stressing them some how. But I kinda don't wanna use them again cause that shock hurt. Hopefully it is just mine that did that.

The most tangled earbuds I've ever owned

After a few weeks of normal regular use the wire starts kinking because of the "anti-tangle" fabric. The sound isn't very good either. I will never buy this brand again. They did not seem to put this product through very much testing.

Defective product-unable to return

I have ordered this product before, but never had the issue I am now experiencing to this degree. I am very careful with my ear piece and use a hard-walled container if carrying in my purse. This ear piece not only has remained “kinked” in places, but the exterior elastic-like mounding has separated and allowed the interior rubber/plastic tubing to push through in a loop in 4 different places. (See photo) I am going to switch to a different product now.

Fabric covering bent the wires

Although the sound and fit is good, the fabric covering on the wires is compressing them way too tightly. It creates these bent angles, sometimes bent enough that the wires actually break through the fabric wrap. This really puts the integrity of the wiring at risk. I thought my first pair that I had bought a while back might have been a fluke, but the second pair I got also had this issue, so please be aware that this could be an issue with the manufacturing process.

The most durable wired earbuds ever. And I have been through a few.

This is my second pair. The first one I bought for my middle schooler 3years ago for school laptops that insist on wired earbuds. And it is still working.

More than value for your money.

Great packaging and sturdy feel to these earbuds!

Bought these wired earbuds for my son for school. These have a woven material around the cord and each ear piece line. The buds are magnetized to help keep from getting tangled while wrapping up to store. They feel like they will be sturdier earbuds, much better quality than the pricier skull candy buds. Comes with a mesh drawstring pouch to store them in. There are extra sizes for the silicone buds, and the whole set comes on a nice little tin. Also, the seller includes a thoughtful hand written tank you note. Very nice and could see going these as a gift. Note: surprisingly these are made on the UK.

Good function and clear audio from the mic.

I was concerned about the mic quality given that I spend so much time on Zoom and often speak softly.

The mic seems to work well and the earbuds are also good.

Update:

Those served me well for 2 years, and I've not been perfectly gentle with them, so I ordered exactly the same product again.

I don't remember if it initially came this way 2+ years ago, but this time it came in a really nice little tin, had a nice mesh carrying bag, and other ear tips if the default didn't fit me perfectly.

I was confident I'd be pleased with these, but I was actually kind of wow-ed with the presentation.

Oh yeah, I used them today and they work perfectly, as expected.

One friends who know my voice well has mentioned that between these and Zoom background cancelling that maybe a little bit of the full color of my voice doesn't get through, but it works great and I used the initial set in hundreds of meetings and presentations.

Good but tangly@

I just got these today. They look good and sound good. I used them and put them in the cute velvet bag they came in. When taking them out of the bag a short time later, I had to spend a few minutes untangling the wire. The wire feels and looks like a thin cord. I'll keep them but will use them on occasion. I'm not patient enough for the daily untangling ceremony!

The Wire has already been damaged! Wire protector quality is so poor!

Unfortunately, I have received the faulty headphones. The wires are already out of protector. I am not happy at all. I am just disappointed! I could purchase a headphone here in Qatar, but I purchased one from the USA because I thought Ulix had good quality headphones that I would get from Qatar.

But my thinking was wrong! Ulix sent me very poor quality headphones! That is already damaged!

You need to do a deep physical check before you shift the products.

Keep falling out

Okish... Keeps falling out my ear. The magnetic earbuds is a cute little addition, and the cable strength is ok. Sound quality could be better, and it keeps falling out of my ear. Maybe my ear wasn't built properly. Who knows.

Appears to be high quality

"Ear buds" are metal, microphone appears to be in metal casing, even if not, it's NOT cheap plastic, nice packaging, even jack part protected. Braided cloth over wires, nice cloth carry pouch. Check out the photos I included.

Sound quality very good, may not match a $300 set, but I've never wasted money on a $300 set of wired or wireless "ear buds".

All of my previous wired "ear buds" sounded like I was listening to the sounds from bottom of a metal barrel, NOT these! Sound quality is very good, I'm not an audiophile, but these sound really good.

Very very comfortable to wear, these are the most comfortable "ear buds" I have ever had, and I've had a lot of different manufacturers ear buds.

This was more than I wanted to spend, but, thought I'd do it hoping quality would be better, and it's much better quality than I expected.

Pleased with purchase, I will buy this brand again without any reservations.

"MAG"NETO earbuds

The ULIX Rider Wired Earbuds with Microphone have great quality, such as:

*Sound quality- both incoming and outgoing sound quality is great. Great definition for listening to music as well as voice clarity with calls (including receiver clarity).

*Noise cancellation - I would say it's more like noise "isolation", but still great.

* Comfort - There is comfort, however because the earbuds have magnetic structure, (to help minimize detangling) the bud's weight contributes to them frequently falling out of my ears. Which isn't a problem for me, I just have to position them in my ear well.

*Detangled Free- Due to the earbuds having a magnetic feature to keep them together while not in uses, there is less tangling.

Overall, worth it for the price, will buy again.

Noise from the cord is so loud!

The Good:

-Materials feel good to the touch.

-The magnet on the backs of the earbuds is a nice touch.

-Packaging is good.

Meh:

-The audio quality is OK. Not amazing, but certainly better than expected for a product at this price.

The Bad:

Every time the cord touches anything, it transfers that noise right into the ears. It makes them nearly unusable. I cannot imagine doing exercise or movement with these. The cord noise would be deafening.

GREAT Quality Earbuds

Barely got the earbuds and went ahead and tried them instantly. If you struggle finding earbuds that have good sound quality and a good quality mic, GET. THESE. EARBUDS. Dude, with other earbuds I gotta crank up the volume to really hear my music. I haven't even reached the half way mark on the volume and it's loud enough to my satisfaction. Any earbuds I've ever gotten, the mic never worked. Either too muffled, too low or couldn't pick up your voice at all. I tested the mic on this one... crisp I tell you. Went ahead and made some phone calls and that was the 1st thing my friends pointed out. That my voice wasn't muffled. The cord is pretty thick too so if you're looking for earbuds like AKG, I'd opt for these ones 10000%. The images linked are just where my volume is at at the moment and what to expect from the packaging. No damage or anything. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Great headphones!

Got these headphones for work calls and they are perfect. Earbuds always hurt my ears but the small rubber option on these are great! They come with a nice velvet bag and the tops are magnetic so they stick together and don't get tangled. Sound is good and the mic works well. Definitely recommend these ULIX headphones

When I ordered these I was looking for something that would be good quality for the price, and turns out that's exactly what I got if not more.
