For just the right volume if you try

The sticks are light and feel like they would be great…. But both sticks had cracks just below the top right out of the package. I won’t be using these on my acoustic set but they may be fine for the electric for now..

I have been playing drums for many years. I have only just found my favorite drum sticks in these. I play on a Tama drum set that I converted into a completely electronic set. I used the Cake Pan build method for my drums and have tried just about every mesh head ever made. 3ply mesh is a load of nonsense. The Remo Silent Strokes are single ply and the best heads for this purpose. Back to the sticks. The weight and balance of these sticks is the absolute sweet spot for electronic drums with these heads. Not too heavy and not too light. I get perfect triggering every time. The 16.75” length allows me to sit farther back on my throne and reach every strike zone with precision. I am 5’9” and have a particular playing style so all of this is obviously super subjective. The diameter and hand feel is perfection for me. “Thicker” than a 5A and “thinner” than a 5B. They are dense too (without being overly heavy) so no worries about breaking in your first week of use. To top all of this off these sticks are crazy cheap! It’s perfection plain and simple.

They give you a slight better reach, but they are bulky and heavy. If they would make them lighter and a little thinner they would be much better, I went back to my ARLX A-5's which are very light, quick and strong! Even with my dogs chewing up my ARLX A-5's , I still like them better than these.
