Everything all in one carrying case with a heavy duty backing plate
This is an extremely cool design for a portable winch. It doesn’t even have to be an ATV winch. You could use it for almost anything as long as you have a 12 V battery to clamp onto and something to connect to. It’s heavy enough. I’m gonna keep this in my truck for helping people out of ditches and stuff like that it’s got a nice synthetic cable and all the accessories he would need including a wire wired or wireless remote. I’ve never seen anything like this, but this is a great idea where everything’s all in one

Inovative winch
I've got a task ahead of removing a number of small shrubs and this winch will be great for that. I say small shrubs, but when I removed one a while back with a hand come-along winch it was a lot of work. I know I still need to do some digging to make the shrub "want to move" but I won't have to provide the muscle to turn the winch. More importantly I can be in a position I feel safer in by using one of the remote controls. Yep plural controls - it comes with a wired and a wireless. I think the wireless will be my go to, but it's great to have the wired (Murphy's law says if I didn't have the wired remote, the wireless battery would be dead when I was far from a store).
The design concept of this is brilliant - having all the pieces in a self contained case and the winch itself stays in the case when in use. The case has a sturdy metal frame for the parts that will take the load and the rest is hard plastic. It's heavy which is no surprise but the handle in the case makes it easy to manage.
I do wish the battery cable was longer for a little more flexibility in vehicle placement but it's not a deal breaker and doesn't detract from the overall quality and value of the winch.
Overall, I'm impressed with this winch

Great for portability and being compact
I'll preface this first with the fact that I don't use this all the time, but I was impressed with how quickly it could be setup and used. While it might not be as strong as some of the other winches out there, it certainly fits my needs and is especially nice with the portability of it. I really like that it has both wired and wireless controls which I feel like makes it more versatile for different uses and needs. It feels durable, especially for the price. I really like that the winch is built into the box that provides storage but also protects it. Would recommend!

This VEVOR winch was a complete disappointment.
The hard carrying case looked vulnerable when I opened the shipping box. The plastic parts throughout the unit feel extremely thin and flimsy, and the whole thing looks cheaply made with poor overall workmanship.
The main reason I chose this portable toolbox winch was the included carrying case. I expected it to keep the entire kit organized and protected while being transported. But the case couldn’t even make it through shipping without breaking. If it’s already this fragile straight out of the box, there’s no way it will hold up to bumps, rough handling, or regular use. I honestly would have been better off buying a standard winch instead. What a waste of money.
Paying over $100 for this level of quality is simply unacceptable. Save your money and stay away from this poorly made product.
