VIVO CART-WB24A Mobile Double Sided Whiteboard Cart

VIVO is frustrating and needs Quality Control

I'm sure the whiteboard and stand are great, but I never made it that far. I was originally sent leg pieces where the holes didn't line up, then they sent me a replacement that still didn't line up, then ANOTHER replacement that was totally wrong.

VIVO needs to work on quality control. Soo frustrating..

Great product with lackluster packaging

I was very impressed at the quality of the metal frame and have very little to complain about for the board surface or design. The packaging though had several things I was not thrilled with. First off, the small parts came in a thin plastic bag which for my unit was torn through when it arrived and some of the components were spilled into the box. I was missing 3 of the 8 bolt caps but thankfully all the essential components were present. The board itself is covered in a plastic wrap which is sealed under the trim around the edges. Removing the plastic wrap is very messy and I wound up with a lot of trace plastic fringes left behind. These don't bother me too much and I can probably get them with a tweezers later, but although the board itself is of quite good quality these issues hold it back from a perfect review. I also feel like although the tray is big enough to hold several markers/erasers, it feels a bit cramped due to the white board coming down close to the tray. If the tray was a little lower or stuck out a bit farther it would be easier to use, but all in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED

After spending 20 minutes assembling the board, we noticed a HUGE bubble on the surface of 1 side of the board. It is huge pain to write on and it shows poor quality. We do not want to spend 20 more minutes disassembling and packing up this poor quality item. Hopefully someone reaches out to us and makes this right. See photos. Very frustrated.

Missing components

When I install this board, I found that I only got top part of your rotating locker, and it is rusted. Can u send me the missing components. I give you five stars because it overall looks good except there is a part I cannot install.
