VIZ-PRO Magnetic Easel Whiteboard Portable Tripod Dry Erase Board with Flipchart Stand

Warped in shipping

The folding board is large. It’s a great size. It arrived shrink wrapped and not in a box so there’s a lot of damage to the back side of the board. It opened and went together fine, but there is damage to the bottom 3” of the white board because it’s a little warped so it doesn’t lay smoothly and one side ever so slightly overlaps. I don’t think it can be written on there, but it’s at the very bottom. When I tried to reorder, it doesn’t even allow you to hide the contents, so putting it in a box is not an option. The bag it goes in is large enough , but I wish there was a way to keep the easel from wanting to fall open when it goes back in the bag. My daughter wanted it for college and I had a very limited window to get it and it was delayed so I didn’t have time to return it and get another before she left. If it were in a box, most of this stuff wouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise seems to be decent quality.

Arrived in terrible shape

Functional, but it looks like it just survived a stampede. Tons of gashes on the drawing surface and it didn't happen in shipping - but we need it for a presentation...pretty disappointing.

DENTED DON'T RECOMMEND

I ordered three and all three are defected. Every single board had dents in them. The boards were dented in almost every corner.I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Thank you

I think it’s a good size and sturdy. 4 stars due to price and not coming with an eraser or marker. That would have been dope! Thank you

Awful dents everywhere

Ordered 1 and it had a decent size dent in the writing surface. Retuned it for a 2nd and unfortunately didn’t open until after the return window as I didn’t need it right away and had dents over 1/2 the board!!

Damaged upon receiving

Product came with a dent in the white board surface. I don't have time to exchange it as I need it for an event.

Came with a very visible dent!

Came with a very visible dent, even though the box and packaging had no damage.

Puncture and dents

This is a great light weight option. However both boards came with dents in the whiteboard and one was punctured.

Llegó roto

Llego rotas ambas las que compré

This is wasn’t what I expected

I wanted to used it to teach my students but this is what I got you can see it in the picture

perfect size

good size but has a big dent at the top. Would return but need to use tonight. Disappointed that it is knocked up before using.

P.S. Seller reached out and compensated a bit for dent. Very prompt.

Let down

It came with several dents. NO BOX AT ALL just wrapped in plastic

The dry eraser marker barely works on it and leave stains on it impossible to remove.

Sturdy / Good Size but had dent

Got two of these for my classroom to get more students involved with my math lessons. Got them to school today to set up and they are great size and really sturdy. Disappointed that there was a dent in the white board on both and one had a broken corner protector.

Product in a bad state

I probably understand the owner of this product is not his fault but the product is all messed up. Is hit, has dents, on one side looks like it was hit very hard against something and it is metal. I want a new whote board because this one is bad. It has many dentro.

It's good👍

It is great! I needed it to practice words and math with my kid. It's very effective and it is easy to move everywhere very easily. Especially, it is not huge, so it's perfect size for kid's room.

Bad Quality

Board arrived very dented with marks. It does not look good quality.

Poor quality

The cheap plastic screw was not threaded properly and would not hold. My husband had to drill a metal screw to permanently hold it in place. Very disappointed in this product.

Arrived damaged

The whiteboard I received was clearly not new. There were dents, scratches, and scuffs on both sides of the board. The box it shipped in was fine, so the damage did not occur during shipping. If you want to take your chances on buying this whiteboard from VIZ-PRO as I did, keep the shipping box until after you've inspected the whiteboard. You may need to return it.

Product arrived damaged

I found this a great size and very easy to assemble. It’s somewhat sturdy. The major bummer is that it came damaged (see attached photos). There is a dent in the side as well as multiple dents in the actual whiteboard, like the one pictured.

Looks great but came damaged

Seems sturdy and well priced but it arrived damaged. Large divot on the whiteboard.

Poor quality and defective.

Arrived a week early which was great. Except there was a huge crease in the whiteboard that would interfere with your writing and a screw fell of the back the second we took it out of the box. Poor quality and disappointing.

I like this product except one major flaw that will always lead to breaking a part of the product. The hind leg is adjustable to alter the length of the leg.. The problem is the bolt attached to this leg is too long. When I was tightening the bolt, it went too far without any way of knowing when it was tight enough. This caused the nut to push through the plastic causing it to break. This problem can be easily fixed by having the appropriate size bolt so that it is not too long; or by including washers to avoid over screwing the bolt. Am trying to salvage the broken plastic piece so that it can still be used. Would greatly appreciate a replacement piece from the seller so that I can still use this product.

Came dented, box was damage. I'm deciding if I want to go through the hassle of returning it. it's also too bad because it the perfect size for my conferece room & liked the idea of being portable.

Missing parts

Poor quality. As soon as it's unpacked, I noticed that it's missing the screw and nut that are required to secure a joint. See picture. This reflects a poor construction and QC process. Very disappointed.
