Just received the speaker and so far very pleased with the sound and effects. You do need a USB Type C Cable and adapter plug for charging. The sound and bass fills my dining room and for balance, I will probably purchase another one for my living room. There was no damage upon delivery, quickly connected to my cellphone and I figured out how the lights work without reading the manual. If all goes well, I will purchase another before the end of January. At this time, I recommend this product.

DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX
If I could give this zero stars I would. How this device has so many good reviews is beyond me! This Bluetooth speaker was delivered TODAY (17 Sept 25). Took it out of the box, turned it on, and it showed that it was fully charged. Tried it out for like 3 minutes with my iPhone and the speaker shut off. I was like ok….guess it’s not charged (even though all 3 white lights were lit up)? Plugged it in for an hour or so and tried again. About 10 or 15 minutes of using it again it cut off and started buzzing nonstop. Tried everything to shut the speaker off and nothing worked. Grabbed a pin off my cork board, turned the speaker around and pushed the reset button. That shut it off with a weird sound emitting from the speakers. I turned the speaker back on to try again and within 5 minutes it shut off again. DO NOT BUY THIS! Sad that I had to tonight. Look elsewhere for a Bluetooth speaker guys and gals. Worth it!!
Im a Florida girl. This speaker has been my companion for 4 years worth of beach days, camping trips, hurricanes, you name it. Sound is loud, bass is good. Battery works better if you turn the lights off. I have dropped it in water and it has still worked. Worth the money! Will buy again if my speaker ever goes out.

After having this speaker for about 2 weeks I can say I enjoy using this speaker around the house. Shipping took a day or two longer than expected. Still, I plan on buying another for a louder sound and to use it outside for parties. But for it’s size it sounds really good. The battery takes a day to charge and sometimes turns off when I use it in the bathroom while taking a shower. But overall I would recommend to a friend :) I love the indoor and outdoor sound modes and changing colors.

I ordered this Bluetooth speaker for a specific event after watching reviews online. I ordered it on a Saturday and initially it was supposed to arrive on Tuesday.... Then Wednesday.... Then Friday.... After my event it arrived on the following Tuesday. I had already bought another speaker from a box store. So I promptly compared the two and chose to keep the Ohn from the big box store. My reasons were because not only was the king extremely late but also much smaller and didn't even remotely stand up to the other one. Not as much base. Sounded a bit tinny on high end and the speaker just felt empty.
Edit- I edited some misspellings. Also I have been contacted by w King offering a replacement or refund. Since I have already received a refund, I told them they may send a speaker for comparison if they feel they have one that will outperform the one I purchased from the big box store. I will update again after their response.
Today I received the W King T11 party speaker in a show of good faith from them to rectify a poor experience. The speaker came packaged excellently and with clear instructions. I headed up and running within seconds and was able to do a full comparison between this and the Ohn brand large party speaker I bought from Walmart. I have to say I can tell very little difference between the two of them with the exception that perhaps the W King has a slightly clearer sound with perhaps slightly less bass. I would assume that is simply because of the size of the speakers and is almost undetectable. I play the series of rap, country, and some high-end vocals and quite honestly I am just as pleased with either speaker. I am certainly impressed by W Kings willingness to rectify what ended up costing me an exceptional amount of money to entertain guests. The initial shipment was very late and I was forced to buy a speaker at the last minute to entertain guests when I had expected to use the original product I ordered from them. True to their word they sent the speaker quickly and I'm very pleased with the product and will certainly order from them again if the need arises.

Travel speaker
This is honestly the best speaker ever. I got this back in 2021 and two years later people still come up to me and ask me which speaker I have. Not to mention this thing will slam for about 6 hours on full blast. #1 I get the most compliments about Is on how loud this speaker is for its size.
Even on a windy beach day you can hear this thing from far away.
It is a little bigger in size than most portable speakers but if you want to have a good time it’ll be totally worth it. You will need a large suitcase to put this in.
So far I’ve taken this speaker to Tulum, isla mujeres, Cabo San Lucas, south Padre island, punta cana, DR, and it goes everywhere with me when I travel in the states.

Extra bass, clear treble
My sons and I are always going nuts with our blue tooth speakers weakness. This is a little on the big side but it’s loud bumping and the bass/treble are solid. I have a couple friends who use these on job sites. There’s a lot of noise from power tools and compressors so this is perfect to drown out the bad noise and get music in front of it. We can literally party anywhere

You'll be lucky to get 8 hours out of this speaker after a full charge but only if you turn the light effects off completely. I work second shift in a warehouse and for the size and price the sound is decent. It sounds AMAZING in my apartment but I bought it soely for for work. I charge it every night, usually overnight from 11pm to 1:30 pm and it still dies every night within the 6 to 8 hr range which is noted by the notification sound it makes when it's dying or the abrupt silence signaling that it died.. Honestly, it's not worth the hype, unfortunately. It dies within 6 hours with the lights on and basically refuses to play music and charge on a depleted battery. I'm not sure who got "24hr play" but it definitely wasn't me. It's a welcomed addition to my home but I will continue to look for a long lasting speaker that will last a normal 8 hour shift/ function as advertised. 😓😅.

I purchased 2 for stereo pairing... Overall these speakers have the potential for really good sound quality... It only comes with 2 built-in EQ settings 1. The outdoor setting reduces all perceived bass & is much too bright, 2. The indoor setting is much too bass forward and muddles the mids...Ultimately I found an EQ app that works well to balance the sound for my pair of T-9_2's... For the price it's a good deal as long as your willing to take time to tune them properly... They are definitely loud and will most certainly piss off your neighbors...

Fills large rooms
We use it for fitcamp. It will fill the entire gym. Zero distortion. Bass can be heard from across the room. I’ve tried a lot of Bluetooth speakers and this one does the job for large rooms. I would buy a second one to connect them together.

I rolled the dice on the W-KING T9-2, and so happy I did! If there is a con for the T9-2, it would be because it is not water proof. That is not a factor for myself, but could be others. There is a port in the back, and really, that is what gives this its bottom. They boast 80 watts and 105 db. I haven't turned it up much over halfway, and it blows away all of my other bt speakers, although none of them are over 25 watts. In the pic, I have my jbl charge4 on top for reference. There is really no comparison obviously, but the price of the jbl was much more when I purchased it. The LED is cool, turns off easily and has a few settings. All of the buttons are easy to use, and has a volume knob instead of buttons. Sound is amazing if you can place it in the right spot, like up high and about 8 to 10 inches from a wall. Two of these can pair up, but just one is plenty unless you don't need to hear anything else! Battery is holding out so far. I will try to update later.

After posting my original review below - which detailed my initial positive experience with this speaker, subsequent issues with the speaker charging, and difficulty getting into contact with the seller - I have an update to share. The seller reached out to me regarding this review and offered to replace the speaker or provide a full refund. I chose the refund in case the same issue happened again with a new speaker. However, I appreciate the customer service and wanted to update this review. If the speaker had continued to work, I would have given five stars. As mentioned in the original review, I was very happy with the sound quality. This speaker may be worth it, and hopefully most people do not have the issue I had. Nonetheless, I am now more confident in the seller's customer service and willingness to remedy any issues that arise.
ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW
When this speaker first arrived, I loved it. The sound quality was excellent, the volume could go very loud, and it seemed sturdy and high quality. Unfortunately, shortly after the return window for the speaker closed, it stopped charging completely. Despite very light (and careful) use, it seemed like the charging cord was sitting very loosely in the charging port. I tried at least 3 different charging cords, including a brand new one I purchased, in addition to the provided cord. None of these worked, so the speaker died and will not turn on.
They told me that the return window had closed but that they would look into the product warranty from the seller. I did this a week-and-a-half ago, providing details about my purchase, the issue I was having, and the steps I had taken to try to resolve it. However, they have not responded to the email. While I understand it could take a couple of days, it is getting close to two weeks. I am getting very concerned that they are not going to reply and that I will have lost all the money on this speaker after less than three months of use. I hope this review may get their attention so they work to resolve the issue. If not, I strongly recommend finding a higher quality speaker. I will update this review if the seller returns my email and fixes this issue.

I had forgotten how great STEREO sounds without wearing headphones. I give these speakers a 5 star rating cause that's all we're allowed, personally I'd give them 10!!!!

False advertising, got shipped a much quieter T9-2
Just got shipped a T9-2 after buying a T9-1, false advertising, couldn’t pair with my other T9-1 and also the T9-2 was a lot quieter, very disappointing after being hyped all week to get this other one. Hopefully they ship the right one this time after contacting support. The T9-1, however, is very loud and filling with a great range. I would recommend this speaker as long as you’re lucky enough to get the T9-1 as I guess it’s luck of the draw.

T9-2 Review. W-KING does it again!
Right out of the box, I noticed that the build quality of the T9-2 is excellent. Personally, I'm a big fan of W-KING's new, sleeker design. It's just classier looking, in my opinion. But the sound quality is where this speaker really shines.
I listen to probably fifty percent Classic Rock, with the other fifty percent comprised of Rap, Stax, Motown, and Country. I played everything on this speaker and there's nothing it can't handle. You can crank up the volume on this unit and you won't lose any sound quality. I even played some Classical music that has been languishing unplayed on my iPod for years. It sounded amazing. Classical is the only genre that I preferred the EQ set on outdoor mode. For everything else, I prefer to let the bass thump. And... this can't be overstated, thump it does. This thing is loud and clear. Couldn't be happier with the sound quality. Absolutely rocks.
The Bluetooth works great. You also get a USB port, a Micro SD port, and my personal favorite, a 3.5mm auxiliary port, which seems to be missing from many speakers these days. I have an iPod Classic that I still use, and I appreciate being able to plug it in and play. Wherever you have your music stored, I think this speaker will play it, and play it well.
The LED lights are cool looking, with several different settings and many different colors. They kind of put me in a musical trance, and I mean that in the best possible way. Also, they don't drain the battery like I thought they would.
Overall, I love this speaker. Sure, you can pay more for a speaker. A lot more. But, why would you? This is a great sounding, well built speaker. You get a lot for a fair price. I also own the W-KING X10, (also a great speaker.) I have an event coming up, and needed a little more BOOM, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The only question now is should I buy another one to pair it with. Two of these would bring down the house. Might bring the cops to the house, too. Keep doing what you do, W-KING, cranking out quality speakers at a fair price.

This speaker is well worth what I paid for, it sounds great, I like how the bass sounds and that you can also put a micro SD card In it, it’s not as compact as other Bluetooth speakers. I’ve had it for a couple of days and so far I’m really happy with my purchase. W-KING looks like you are making good quality speakers… GOOD JOB!

SmH Nice Sound BUT...
I have purchased two of these speakers. The first one, I requested a replacement because when in use it starts playing the music then goes silent. I have to rotate the volume dial to get it to play. The second I purchased charged fine and plays well. The third (replacement device) just blinks. (See video) It will not charge nor will it power on.
Overall, if I can get two that work, they are great speakers. The sound quality, the weight of it, the lights are all great features. I hope to get replacements soon.
Update** Returning this speaker has been a task. No scannable return label. It must be printed and the shipping company used charges $3+ to print the return label and $1 to tape the box. What kind of foolishness is that? I shouldn't have to come out of pocket.

***UPDATE*** Speaker battery is NOT 24hrs at 100% it’s about 6hrs. So either plug it in OR listen to it like a normal human. Lol
NOTE: phone recording does NOTHING for the actual sound this puts out. It’s a HUGE sound in a small box. About the same as the J*L100 on 1/2 volume.
Some different distances and different songs. Still pushing 85-90dB at around 8’-10’ sound varies greatly per placement of your house. The bass is increased greatly when inside an additional surrounding. (i.e. entertainment center or in a corner. My BEST sound comes from a bad location in my house lol. Corner by the back door. But this area makes this lil thing sound like a whole house system. Even outside it sounds amazing. IMHO it sounds like the J*L party box 100 at about 1/2 volume. Which is amazing for the size and price. It’s incredible how much sound this has for its size. At 100% volume absolutely 0 distortion under ANY genre of music. Even ran some DJ Magic Mike through it and it handled it like a champ. Light show it smooth and build quality is solid. WTH is W-King 🤷🏻♂️ Don’t care at this point. It sounds like a $250 speaker. And 24 month warranty.
Oh and if you like sleeping to nature sounds and thunder storms. This thing mimics it perfectly. Right down to the small “flashes” of lightning. I’m not concerned with waterproofing it as I’m not taking it diving. Battery life TBD I’ll do a YT or TT on it.

Yes, solid product and an excellent value!
Solid product at the right price. Excellent value! Speaker's sound quality is robust and fairly well balanced. TWS mode is easy to pair and sound is expansive when outdoors. We are very happy with this purchase thus far and hope that they will deliver for years to come on all fronts but we will see.
It would be nice to be able to synchronize the lights on the units alone or in TWS mode to a single stationary color, but the colors cycle nonstop by default.
