This works well, except for requires me to remove the rubber cap so that it will fit correctly. Once I did that it fits very nicely on my head said. One other issue is that when it clamps down, it does not clamp like the other version which straddles the wire. It goes off to the side and pinch the wire down on the top.

Modified: Turns out these were not designed for just any walker headphones but the recon version so should you want these to work perfectly then make sure to purchase the matching headphones as the cable on those is out of the way.

I purchased these to work with my walker headphones for ear protection during shooting practice and qualification. They help to protect my hearing and give me the ability to answer phone calls or use radio coms. They are ok but struggle to connect to the headphones with jack itself efficiently. Unfortunately, the cable gets in the way for a clean connection and I had to cut off the piece that covers the sound jack on the headphones simply to make it fit. Still, it's pretty awkward when worn but does work after some maneuvering into place. Attached are pictures to show you what I'm referring to. It could be that I might have the wrong version of Walkers for this. Either way, the Bluetooth function works perfectly when the device stays connected. If you there has to be a better version of walkers to work to with these then get them along with this. Other than that, they do work but understand it's not a perfect fit and will not always stay connected. If you have to wear something like a helmet over the headphones, than this won't work for you.

Horrible fit to the Walker’s Patriot Series Razor Slim Electronic Muffs. If I could give it a negative score I would. I had high hopes these Walkie-talkies but was disappointed in its fit and functionality to the muffs.
Fit: Bluetooth walkie-talkie didn’t fit the muffs without distorting the plastic ears. The muffs electrical wire interferes with the walkie-talkie top mount.
Functionality: Due to the misfit to the muffs the audio plug will not totally engage.
Guys you can do better.

Followed the instructions exactly—and the headset snapped faster than my hopes for quality. Installed with care, no excessive force, just a clean crack and now it's useless plastic and broken dreams.
One star for existing. Would give zero if I could.

My first impression…..
Poor design, the upper clamp crushes the wire leading into the ear muff.
It is difficult to get the unit to seat correctly for both ear muffs to work correctly.
I don’t think this will last very long before the wire/connection fails.
