So far so good, the duel zones is great to keep reds and whites separate at different temps. It does struggle a little to keep the upper section at a higher temp that the lower section. I have them set for 52and 45 degrees. The bottom section stays consistent but the upper will sometimes drop to 49 then recover back to 52 so not exactly where I want it but close enough. It did fit perfectly into the the spot on the bar where I placed it so for the size and the amount of bottles is holds as great!!!!

I have read through several reviews online on this unit and other competitive units. If you care about honest reviews, please read on.
Short review - A noisy replacement to my 10 year old Wine Enthusiast 24 bottle unit. Please stop complaining that the unit is noisy because you don't understand how refrigeration (compressor) based units work. There are some not-so-smart reviews out there who take videos of this unit complaining about the noise. If your room temperature is going to increase, the fridge needs to fire up the compressor to maintain the temperature you have set. I put mine in the garage because of the noise (problem solved). If you are considering this inside the house and care about noise pollution - this wine fridge is not for you.
Long version - I am a proud owner of Wine Enthusiast wine fridge that I bought 10 years ago from another vendor. I love the simplicity and build quality. There was so much negativity these days about customer service (I will get to that as well). 2 weeks ago, my old unit stopped working. I was scrambling to find a replacement. I went back and forth between Wine Enthusiast and New Air especially for the dual temperature zone, capacity and compactness of the unit. This is a compressor based unit and is going to get noisier on hot days.
Build quality - Just like my last unit, the interior looks exactly the same. The back has the compressor exposed. That is where the noise comes from.
Storage capacity - you can store 32 bottles easily in this fridge. I have a couple of magnums in the bottom.
Recommended location - Garage or somewhere you don't mind noise pollution. I had originally kept it indoors and moved it to my garage this past weekend.
Customer service - I reached out to Wine Enthusiast for repair options for my old fridge. They were not only responsive (within 24 hours), they shared wine fridge repair technicians near my neighborhood.

Great look and build. Replaced my 10-year old wine fridge. I was looking for the dual zone option and after a week, both the top and bottom sections are holding temperature just as promised. Great value.

So wnated this to work. Read the great reviews and could not wait to get my new wine cooler. Set it up and as i looked down from the top I could see the inside with the door shut. Something not right. Very prompt reply to my question to Wine Enthusiast help and they told me to take pictures. Pictures showed the gap at the top left of the unit and a door with a wider gap at the top than the bottom. They emailed back and said it was defective dispose of it and we will send a new one. Great service. New one came, unpacked it let it sit for 24 hours with the door open to off gas it and let the refrigerant settle. Close the door and what do I see the inside of the unit again. UGH!!! This one did not have the issue with the door but it still would not seal. The unit just keep running. i massaged the seal and ran a blow dryer on it as the techs told me and no good. Hope they take the unit back and give me my money back. I am done done.

Received this Wine Enthusiast Dual Zone Max 32 bottle wine fridge on May 31, 2024. Beautiful fridge, arrived in perfect condition. Followed all set up instructions and turned it on the next day. It’s cooling fine but on about every other cycle of the compressor running, it buzzes like a door buzzer every 40 seconds as shown in video. Can hear this throughout my house. Wine Enthusiast told me it would “fade away” in 2-4 weeks and if not call back. It’s been a week and no fading yet. Will have to return if this continues.
June 11 update - I contacted customer service again, sent representative this video and he said they would send me a replacement and I would not have to return defective unit, I can donate or dispose of it. I will be traveling so they will ship when I return next month. Will update after this is completed but if I receive a unit that works without the buzz defect this is optimal resolution and I will change review to 5 stars.
July 20 update - Replacement arrived with door broken off bottom hinge that was bent. Assume damaged in shipping. So they sent me yet another one. It arrived with small crack on door top at the hinge and squeaks a bit. But it works great, no buzzing, compressor is fairly quiet and doesn’t run as often as the first buzzing one did. So it’s a keeper and will see how long it lasts. I would give 5 stars to Customer Service at Wine Enthusiast but their product although looks great is cheaply made and does not ship well so 3 stars on it for over all 4. And glad I have a guy that will take away the two broken ones!

Received my wine cooler pretty quick and it was delivered just fine, no issues. But once the box was opened, it was pretty obvious that this fridge was completely useless. The door was not on straight, cracks near the hinges, scratches on the corners and a dent on the side of the fridge. It was also very obvious that the door hinges were reversed - which usually wouldn't be an issue. The bottom hinge (which should go on the top) was pulling the door down. And the top hinge (which belongs on the bottom) had a bent in it that would lift the fridge door into place. You would think that you could just swap them... No, because there is a wire being fed through the door and hinge that prevents it from being removed or swapped. Also because the hinges are swapped, they don't properly fi, thus the door is cracked right where the hinge tries to connect. Where is QC?!
This fridge was rated as one of the top wine coolers to purchase on almost every internet article I read... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go buy yourself something else.
I don't understand how a company can allow this fridge to go out the door?

Wine Cooler came with hinges not properly attached. It did not appear to be broken during shipping. The door fell off of cooler first time I opened it. When closed, there was a 1/8 gap between door and cooler. I did not even plug it in before returning it.

The FedEx driver hand carried the box up the stairs. The box showed with slight impact damage to one corner. The cooler itself also had impact damage and buckled side panel as a result in the same location. Packaging looked good, but did not protect the unit. Two of the adjustable foot pads fell off. Don't slide the cooler across a tile floor without checking first. Bottom door bracket was very loose. Door shifted during use. Had to align and tighten bracket. It is a hastle to repackage and return for replacement. We kept it and placed damaged corner towards the wall. Other than that, the cooler looks nice. I set both zones to 60 degrees F for overnight. The internal thermometer read exactly 60 degrees F when checked next day. Like the cooler. Not happy about the damage. Check your box before unpacking the cooler and take note of any damages.
