For what it is, this is a 5 star deal. $35 is a great price if what you need is a convenient way to quickly assemble a premade piece of furniture or disassemble a broken appliance.
I will however highlight that this drill is *not* what you should turn to if you are building a house, or any other major undertaking - it's just not designed for that. I'm not taking any stars off, since it's not trying to pretend it's a match for those jobs
What's good:
- easily strong enough to drive the largest included bit into softwood
- comes with drill bits of assorted sizes, plus a screwdriver bit shank and an assortment of bits
- has a very robust brake. Shaft stops spinning immediately when trigger is released
- small, weighs practically nothing, shorter than many non-powered screwdrivers
What's bad:
- comes with a bunch of fasteners (mostly to inflate piece count)
- not super strong. I can grab the chuck while the drill is spinning and stall it.
- doesn't last a long time. Maybe 45 minutes of repeated use.
- can't quite put a construction screw all the way in (at least not at 1/3 battery level)
- takes a long time to recharge
All in all, the cons can be avoided or lived with for pretty much any small project, so just remember the limits you're signing up for and this tool will meet all of your expectations.

I love absolutely everything about this tool set! The drill is compact and fits easily in your hand but still provides you power behind it. There is no separate battery that needs to come out, no bulky charger required, you just plug this in and charge with the cord provided. The other tools like the small hammer, plyers, screw drivers, box cutter and wrench are all great quality and have the pink texture grips on each. Everything has a designated spot inside the stackable cases. Each case has a flip lock on either side so you can pack this around and carry it with the handle. This has just about everything you need to get things done around the house and can be stored neatly and doesn't take up a bunch of space!

Just the right size and power for typical household use
I like this drill. It has the minimum necessary features to make it a good drill for around the house use.
It is comfortable to hold and use. Variable speed lets you drive screws as long as you're careful on the trigger. Tool-less chuck means you don't need to keep a key handy to change bits.
There's an assortment of accessories but the drill bits are the only ones worth mentioning. They are not high quality but if you don't already have a set these are good to start.
There is no carry bag provided - that would be a nice addition. Other missing features are a replaceable battery and adjustable torque for driving screws would put it in a different category and add a lot of cost. I've never seen a small impact driver that I'd certainly consider having a WorkPro 8v mate to this drill if they did.
If you don't already have a drill this is a good one to consider unless you need more power.

This is a great set of basic tools for anybody that doesnt have any tools. great for people that are just getting started in life, it has everything needed for various household projects like hanging pictures and putting together shelves and stuff. I dont think it would serve for any medium-heavy duty stuff, but for light duty around the house stuff, this set is perfect. The hammer handle is a bit short, but it still works for putting anchors in the wall for shelving and also for nailing small nails in the wall. the boxes lock together and when they are all together, the set is pretty small and hides away nicely in the closet.

The average homeowner does not need a professional 18V or more drill. This 8V Cordless Drill Driver Set will be more than enough. It's also handy to use in tight spaces. It's rechargeable using a standard USB-C cord (included), but USB-A to 110V adaptor is not included. It comes with an impressive assortment of drivers and drills. The keyless chuck works perfectly and holds the drills tight without any additional tools (key). The variable speed trigger is an important feature to look for and it works good.
The forward facing "flash light" is not bright enough unless you are drilling in the dark. In a normal lit room, I can't even see that it's on. It's automatic and doesn't hurt anything, so I'm not going to knock it down for that. It's a good buy. I'm thinking about buying a couple more for Christmas presents.
