It worked very well for the first 3 months then my customers stopped being able to hear me. They are refusing to replace to unit even though it is under warranty before he sends them a video of him using the Bluetooth function. That’s all fine but I have never used the Bluetooth function as I can only connect to my work computer with the dongle. Just a huge headache and jumping through hoops over a warranty for such an expensive item. I would definitely go with a different brand and stay away from Yealink all together.

Good set for price!
Sound quality is great, they seem very durable even though they’re light weight. The down side is they’re not very comfortable especially with glasses!! Now the noise canceling is good except they don’t muffle baby sounds very well😂😅

Great headset for the price, but shipping was a big letdown
Shipping was frustrating. As a Prime member, this was originally supposed to arrive in two days, but it ended up taking over a week. That’s a big downside, especially since I needed a headset urgently for work.
Now that it’s finally here and I’ve used it for a couple of days, I can say the product itself is actually really good. I haven’t had any complaints from people on calls, and the audio quality has been solid. The music performance is a nice bonus too.
Honestly, I think this headset is even better than my previous Jabra Evolve, which cost me around $200. For the price, this Yealink headset feels like a much better value.
Overall: great product, but the delayed delivery was disappointing.

Great headset with good noise canceling.
This headset works great and is another excellent product from Yealink. I own several of their headsets, and none have disappointed me. The sound quality is outstanding, with clear audio for both calls and listening, and it performs reliably throughout the day.
The battery life is excellent and easily lasts a full workday without needing to recharge. It connects smoothly to my desktop and works perfectly with Microsoft Teams, making it ideal for work-from-home or office use. The noise cancellation does a great job of minimizing background noise, which really helps during calls.
It’s also very comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time, with no pressure or discomfort. Overall, this is a high-quality, dependable headset that delivers on performance, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely recommend it!

Awesome headset
The BH74 Bluetooth headset from Yealink was a great gift for my work from home husband. It is compatible with various platforms and has noise cancelling technology to help keep the calls crisp and clear. The headset comes with a charging stand that the headset sits on -- as well as the dongles to get it set up on a computer or laptop. Fully charged the headset has a talk time for up to 32 hours and only takes 90 minutes to be fully charged. This is a plug and play device, so no additional drivers are needed, you just plug it in, and it is ready to go.
After using this headset, my husband said that this is by far one of the best headsets he has ever used. It is comfortable for long term use, and the call quality is superb. This may be a higher priced item but from what I’ve heard from my husband, it is worth every penny.

Super Awesome Headset
This is a super awesome headset. Totally worth the price. This has everything you can ask in a bluetooth headset. Lightweight and comfortable. Comes with a very nice carry/storage case. Easy to pair. I can have it paired to my PC and cell phone at the same time. Many Many Many Features. I have an older Yealink VoIP phone that is does not work with, however I know it works with newer VoIP phones. Might replace my old Yealink desk phone with a new model so I can use it either on my PC or desk phone and can walk around the office so I don't need to be at my desk to take calls.

Worth Every Penny for WFH Pros
I work from home and wear this headset all day for calls and dictation, and it has been a total game changer. The noise cancellation is unreal. My recording app’s auto-pause used to restart from keyboard clicks or mouse sounds, but this headset blocks all that out completely. When I start talking, it picks up instantly with no missed words and no lag.
It is very comfortable for long use, has excellent battery life (still “high” after two full days), and switches seamlessly between my laptop and phone. The mic is wonderfully directional, easy to mute, and the dongle connection works flawlessly every time.
Minor gripe: they slip off if you bend down or lie back, and the case could store better. But, that's small stuff.
It is pricey, but completely worth it. I would buy it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who relies on dictation or clear calls to get through their workday.

Works Great!
Hands down (by far) the most comfortable and best sounding headphones I have ever owned. They came assembled with zero issues, and with clear instructions on how to use. Hooking this up to my computer took next to no time and was super easy. My coworkers noted that my voice comes through clearly (after a noticeable difference from my last set). The price for this product is reasonable for the quality and output. I am super happy with this headset!

Outstanding Teams ANC Headset!! Much better than other well known brands.
I've been using ANC headsets for more than a decade for work. I've used Jabra, Sony, Seinheiser, Bose, Plantronics.. you name it. Nothing by far competes at this price point with these options. Yealink may not be as well known for telecoms headsets, speakerphones, and conferencing stuff, but they are a serious player that is creating a solid quality product. We've most recently replaced al of the Logi and Jabra speakerphones with Yealink and all I hear from everyone is that they like the new devices better. For this new wireless ANC headset -- they knock it out of the park.
Before we get to the headset... Let's start with the USB-C transmitter and stand. Almost everyone with newer than 5 year old laptop or PC uses USB-C. Even Apple is figuring this out. So having the default transmitter as USB-C is perfect. They include a USB-C to USB-A adapter for those that still hold on to old tech. The stand is powered by USB-A which could be your computer, a smart power strip with USB, or a USB Block. This is the most functional option for power these days instead of proprietary power bricks. The headset is charged while on the stand by two contacts that effortlessly connect and charge. No more USB-C or USB Micro A adjusting to fit the stand. You don't even have to look at the stand while you reach over to remove or insert your headset into the stand... perfect (are you listening other brands?)
The headset has multiple mode ANC for isolating external noise. Nothing is perfect in ANC, but this implementation is significantly noticeable removal of external sound and the busy noises of a load office or home. Nothing will block out an extremely loud child or office neighbor. From the microphone aspect, the multiple mic setup removes a lot of the external noise so that you sound awesome on your teams calls. There are side tone settings to increase the playback of your own mic'd voice through your speakers so that you are not screaming to hear yourself. This should be standard for all working headsets, yealink does this well with the BH74
There's a teams button to answer calls or to initiate your cell phone assistant -- this works and is programmatically useful. I've included some of the app screens to share how detailed and professional the control app is for this headset. I'm not certain if they have a call center manager level application for these headsets but for the mobile warrior like me, it's giving me all of the options I want.
I've had this for a month now. I use it every day and have tossed my yeoman Jabra Evolv2 75 to the curb. This is the champion for my everyday work until it is unseated. I don't expect that to be soon. These are comfortable on-ear, lightweight, and well featured. Excellent product.

Not perfect, but great for meetings so far
Update: Headset has become increasingly difficult to work with over the past 6 months. It disconnects frequently from my work laptop and stalled an important meeting by 6 minutes one time. I don't recommend this anymore. It's a very nice headset that could be very convenient, but when it doesn't connect it's so annoying.
I double-checked all my bluetooth devices and that the USB dongle was connected, but this headset just refuses to be reliable.
This headset fulfills its niche pretty nicely.
It exceeded my expectations in terms of sound isolation. The microphone technology is phenomenal at blocking out external noise. During my test, I was standing 1 foot away from my tv with volume at 20% (which is loud enough to be heard from outside the room).
The over-ear headphone design was just as expected. Not super super comfortable, but just good enough.
Something I don't like is the sound quality. It seems to be heavily geared towards speech and the bass is almost non-existent.
Other from that, I do recommend it. It's stays connected to my mac, no issue, and the charging stand is pretty neat because you don't have to plug in a cable every time.
