There are no reviews on this headset, but it’s literally perfect. I’m currently trying to see if my company will allow me to connect remotely. I do like that it will tell you when it’s muted when the mic is in the air. I like call button function. It’s not noise cancelling on the ears, but it will cancel background noise from callers hearing you. See page 1 for all the comes with it.

I ordered this headset for two reasons: 1) I am on quite a few online meetings for work, often using Teams or Zoom; and 2) I do dictations through a voice recognition software. The sound quality is very good, I tested it using a video call, and was able to be heard clearly on the other end as well. The microphone worked great to provide clear voice input and did a good job of not picking up stray room sounds, the voice recognition software had no difficulty at all, picked up my speech easily. I do not have an IP phone that I can test the phone functionality with, but the headset base is sturdy and easy to use, would fit nicely on a workstation
