Strong Bluetooth Range, Weak Battery and Fit

*Overall Impression:

The Yistao Gen 2 Open‑Ear Headphones have become part of my daily routine, especially when I’m listening to music or reading. They offer clear audio while keeping my ears open to my surroundings, which I appreciate. I’ve also used them for watching videos, and while the sound stays consistent, wearing them for long periods can become uncomfortable. They work well for light, stationary listening, but the experience is mixed overall.

*Sound Quality:

The sound quality is clear and reliable for everyday use. Music, audiobooks, and reading sessions sound crisp, and voices come through cleanly. When watching videos, the audio stays in sync and easy to follow. Since these are open‑ear headphones, the bass is lighter than traditional in‑ear models, but the overall clarity makes them suitable for casual listening without blocking out your surroundings.

*Battery & Durability:

The battery started out strong during the first few days, but the performance dropped quickly. The left side began draining much faster, and now I have to recharge them at least once or twice a day. The charging case only seems to provide a single full recharge, which limits convenience. While the build feels sturdy and the waterproof rating is reassuring, the inconsistent battery life has been disappointing.

*Comfort & Fit:

The fit is okay, but not ideal for smaller ears. The frame sits loosely, making it hard for the headphones to stay in place, especially when moving around. They’re also difficult to wear with glasses — the hooks and glasses arms overlap, causing slipping and constant readjusting. Because of the loose fit, they tend to shift or fall out of position often, which limits their practicality.

*Bluetooth & Connectivity:

The Bluetooth performance has been a mix of strengths and quirks. The connection can get a bit buggy near certain devices — especially around a running microwave or when paired with a PC — and the audio may cut out briefly. However, the distance range from my phone has been surprisingly impressive. I was able to do chores over 25 feet away with my phone left inside, and the audio stayed completely stable. Not even my regular headphones can maintain a connection that strong at that distance.

*Final Verdict:

The Yistao Gen 2 Open‑Ear Headphones have some positives, like clear audio for music, reading, and casual video watching, but the overall experience falls short. The loose fit, slipping issues, and discomfort with glasses make them unreliable for active use. The biggest drawback is the declining battery performance, which requires frequent recharging and reduces convenience. They’re fine for short, stationary listening sessions, but they don’t deliver consistent comfort or long‑term reliability.

Nice headphones !! Solid for safety and general use.

Air conduction! For safety purposes to hear your surroundings like at work! Don’t expect a lot of bass and you love these. These work well hold a good charge and let you skip and reverse songs. If they had an auto connect after they disconnect , that is, without putting them back in the case they would be perfect.

That and the volume control is all

I would need to update in the next version. But they will recharge from the case which is a must nowadays.

Solid value! And they stay on my ears with confidence for walking and jogging which I don’t do much.

Great sound, easy to wear and SAFE

I live in an area with lots of traffic and coyotes in northern L.A., and safety is paramount during my hikes. I am able to listen to my music and more importantly I can hear everything around me, cars, people and wildlife. They are super easy to wear and they stay in place even when I am running or cycling. Sound quality is great and again they keep you safe and alert to what is happening around you. I have several headsets and different styles, but undoubtedly these are my go to set from now on!

Surprisingly good head phones!

It came in a nice package. Directions were clear on they worked and connected. Very lightweight and comfortable. Sound is amazing! Very comparable to air pods. They are worth it!

Great sounding and lasts me a whole shift!

So I wanted to get an open ear designed pair of wireless earbuds that I could use at work. I decided to go with the Yistao brand and they did not disappoint.

The sound quality is comparable to a normal set of headphones, much better than normal sets of earbuds I've had in my experience.

The open ear design is so much more comfortable to normal earbuds as well. I have the kind of ears that don't like keeping things inside, so these are a life saver. The over-the ear design also works great, I've never had these slip or feel like they were ever falling off. They've always stood nice and snug on my ears.

And most importantly, these have lasted me an entire 9 hour shift on a single charge. With how long they can last while connected and continuously playing music, along with the charging cradle that they come with and you can put them in anyway, you could be using these earbuds on the go for days. Yistao was a very reliable brand with the battery power that can last so long because I've had other brands not been able to carry a charge throughout my entire shift.

All in all, I would highly recommend these earbuds, especially if you were looking for a good quality pair that you could use for similar purposes.

Surprisingly Functional & Useful

I’ve been using these open air conduction earphones for a few weeks now, and I have to admit, I’m pretty impressed with how well they perform given the unique technology behind them. These earphones aren’t your typical in-ear or over-ear headphones. Instead, they use air conduction to deliver sound through your cheekbones, which means they don’t sit inside your ear canal at all. This design offers a couple of pretty neat benefits, primarily staying aware of your surroundings while listening to music or taking calls.

What stands out most to me is just how functional these are for everyday use, especially when I’m out and about. Whether I’m walking around the neighborhood or doing some light exercise, I don’t have to worry about blocking out the world around me. I’m able to enjoy music while still hearing cars, conversations, or other ambient sounds that are important for safety. It’s a huge plus if you’re someone who likes to listen to music at work.

The comfort level is also worth noting. The design is lightweight and feels pretty secure once they’re on, even if you’re moving around a lot. They don’t feel uncomfortable after long listening sessions, which is something I’ve struggled with in other models. The build quality feels decent, and the buttons for controlling playback and calls are easy to access without having to fiddle around too much.

However, there is one area where these earphones could definitely be improved: the bass. Because they don’t create a seal in your ear canal, they lack that deep, punchy bass that you might expect from traditional in-ear models. This isn’t a huge dealbreaker for me, but if you're a bass-head or really enjoy feeling the low-end in your music, you might find the sound a little thin in that regard. The mid-range and treble are clear, so for podcasts or spoken word, these earphones perform excellently.

TLDR:

Essentially, the Opera Ear B19 air conduction earphones are a surprisingly functional choice, especially if you prioritize awareness of your surroundings and comfort over super-rich bass. The sound quality is solid for most types of media, and the overall design is a great option for people who want a safer, more comfortable listening experience. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be to find a way to boost the bass a bit without compromising the open design. Other than that, I’m very happy with them.

Perfect workout headphones, great sound quality and comfort

As someone who loves running and outdoor activities, I’ve been looking for headphones that provide great sound quality without blocking out the surrounding sounds. Finally, I found Yistao's open-ear air conduction headphones, and they’ve been an absolute game-changer! First of all, the open-ear design lets me enjoy music while still being aware of my surroundings, which is essential when running or cycling in busy areas. The sound quality is impressive—clear, balanced, with crisp highs and a decent bass response. Additionally, the headphones are so lightweight that I barely feel them, even during long hours of use. I’ve worn them for long hikes, and my ears never felt any discomfort or pressure. What really impressed me was the battery life. A single charge easily lasts me a whole week of workouts!

Game-Changer for Construction: Air Induction Headphones That Keep You Connected and Aware!

As someone working in construction, I’m always looking for better ways to stay connected and safe on the job. I own a pair of Apple AirPods Pro, and while I highly value their performance, there are situations on the job where it’s essential to stay aware of my surroundings. That’s what got me curious about air induction headphones—and I have to say, they’ve been a fantastic solution for those times.

Comfort That Lasts

The open-ear design is perfect for my needs. I can enjoy music without completely tuning out my surroundings, which is a big deal when safety is a priority. They’re lightweight, sit comfortably around my ears, and don’t leave me with that “plugged-up” feeling like in-ear buds sometimes do.

Great Sound While Staying Aware

For an open-ear style, the sound quality is solid. Whether I’m listening to music, catching up on podcasts, the audio is clear and well-balanced. Sure, the bass isn’t as strong as with regular headphones, but the trade-off for situational awareness is more than worth it.

A Couple of Things to Keep in Mind

If you’re working in a quieter space, you might notice a little sound leakage at higher volumes. Also, if you’re all about heavy bass, you might feel like these are a bit more balanced than booming.

The Bottom Line

Air induction headphones are perfect for anyone who needs to stay alert while enjoying music or catching up on that podcast—whether you’re on a job site like me or just out for a run. They’re comfortable, tough, and super convenient to use.

If you’re in construction or any field where staying aware of your surroundings is crucial, these are definitely worth trying!

Hope this helps!!!!

Comfortable, Immersive Sound with a Few Quirks

I've been using these Open Ear Headphones for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with their overall performance. Here's what I like and what could be improved:

Pros:

- Comfort: The memory-flex frame and soft silicone tips are incredibly comfortable, even during long listening sessions. I hardly notice I'm wearing them.

- Sound Quality: The sound is surprisingly good for open-ear headphones. Vocals are clear and detailed, and the bass is surprisingly punchy for this type of design.

- Battery Life: The battery life is excellent, lasting well over the advertised 10 hours on a single charge.

- Water Resistance: The IPX6 rating gives me peace of mind during sweaty workouts.

Cons:

- Fit: While the memory-flex frame is comfortable, I found that the earbuds can sometimes feel a bit loose, especially during vigorous activity.

- Wind Noise: In windy conditions, there's a noticeable amount of wind noise that can interfere with the audio experience.

Overall:

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient pair of open-ear headphones for workouts or everyday use, these are a great option. Just be aware that the fit and wind noise might not be ideal for everyone. I'd recommend trying them on to see if they fit your ears well.

Crystal Clear Sound that Captures Every Detail

I’ve been using these open ear air conduction headphones for a few weeks now, and they’ve exceeded all my expectations. This is a gift from my girlfriend, and I couldn’t be happier! I primarily use them for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and hiking. The open-ear design is a game-changer; it allows me to enjoy my favorite tunes while still being aware of my surroundings, which is crucial for safety when I’m out and about.

The sound quality is fantastic! The sound is clear and balanced, and while they may not deliver the deep bass of traditional headphones, the clarity of vocals and instruments is impressive. I find myself immersed in my music, which makes my workouts much more enjoyable.

Comfort is another highlight. These open ear headphones are incredibly lightweight and fit securely without any discomfort, even during long sessions. I’ve worn them for hours while exercising, and they never pinch or irritate my ears. They stay in place perfectly, whether I’m running or doing other physical activities.

Battery life is excellent; I can use them daily without needing to charge them for a week. I appreciate how quickly they recharge as well. The durability is impressive too; they’ve held up well against sweat and light rain, making them ideal for all-weather use.

I also love the ease of controls. Adjusting the volume or skipping tracks is simple and convenient, even when I’m on the go. The call quality is surprisingly good too; I’ve taken a few calls without any complaints from the other end.

Overall, these open earbuds have become a staple in my daily routine, and I’m so grateful to my girlfriend for this thoughtful gift. If you’re looking for a pair of headphones that offer great sound quality while keeping you aware of your surroundings, I highly recommend these!

Compact design, big utility

I was looking for a new pair of earbuds since I recently got back to the gym. The features I wanted were comfort, sound quality, battery life and value.

In terms of comfort, these sit snug in my ear. My gym sessions can go anywhere from 1-2 hours, and I don’t have any fatigue from wearing this for an extended period. It fits my ear like a glove, which is important when I’m doing things like jumping rope where other buds I have tried would fall out of my ear and throw me off my rhythm.

Sound Quality is great, I personally like some of the more hardcore EDM music where I want to FEEL the bass. Helps me stay pumped at the gym. The battery life on this is also INSANE. I could go two weeks before I even need to charge given it comes with a case that charges when not in use. Great quality of life feature. Most brands have it, but just had to call it out. Lastly, the value is great. I’m paying less than half of what some of the top / name brand products go for and have the same mileage if not better.

Excellent multi-use headphones

As a primarily Apple Airpod Pro user, I recently found myself looking for a decent pair of headphones when my Airpods finally died.

Regarding sound, everyone has their preference as to what’s “the best” or “perfect.” For me, the Yistao Wireless Air Conduction Headphones are nearly perfect and certainly 5-star worthy.

[USAGE CASE(S)]

What are my primary uses for any headphones? As a programmer and small business owner, headphones are necessary whether to drown out the day, “listen” to Netflix or Hulu or help me focus. Because of this, I would oftentimes wear my Airpod Pros for 2 - 3 hours or until they died shortly before the 4-hour mark. As someone who rides my mountain bike 20-40 miles weekly, I like listening to music or podcasts for an hour or so daily. I also regularly fall asleep with headphones on. Until recently, the Airpod Pros worked well for this, although they would get uncomfortable sleeping on my side for too long. This is not much of an issue with these open-ear headphones, as I’ll point out shortly.

[COMFORT]

The first thing you’ll notice with these headphones is that they are not stiff and ridged, as you’d expect, seeing that they are behind-the-ear loop headphones. The material used in the headphones that come in contact with your head and ears is a very lightweight and flexible silicone, which also holds its shape when bent to some degree. This is important, as wearing any headphones over the base of one’s ear would get extremely uncomfortable after some time if the proper materials were not used.

These Yistao headphones nailed the comfort aspect by using good quality materials, which also conform slightly to the shape of the upper ear base.

Noticeably, the section of the headphones where the sound emits does not sit IN the ear canal but instead, in most cases, rests on the outer ear. For some, having earbuds in the ear for an extended time may result in sweaty ears and discomfort. That had been the case for me with my Airpod Pros until I changed out the buds for expensive memory foam aftermarket tips, making them tolerable. Thankfully, no additional purchases are necessary to get comfortable wear from these headphones, no matter what size your ears may be.

I wear these headphones 8+ hours STRAIGHT daily and forget they are on most of the time due to their overall comfort, even when I fall asleep with them on.

Even when I ride my bike with cycling glasses on, the headphones are comfortable and do not interfere with the glasses at all.

[BATTERY LIFE]

The headphones are rated at an impressive 10-hour battery life per full charge. With the carrying case fully charged, the headphones are rated at 35 hours, between using the headphones and charging them through the case and reusing them a few times before the case needs charging.

Honestly, these headphones easily last my complete 8-hour workday without needing to be placed in the charging case. Additionally, I use the headphones for another 45 minutes to an hour after work while riding, all without the headphones needing to be charged in the case.

Considering that my Airpods would completely die within 4-hours, I am thoroughly happy with the battery life of the headphones.

Something I like about the charging case is that, although it is longer and wider than the Airpods Standard and Pro cases, it is ever so slightly slimmer. Although only slightly slimmer, it is feels way more comfortable to wear in a pants or shorts pocket.

[SOUND QUALITY]

This is where things tend to get a little tricky, as individuals listening to music have varying degrees of what is the best sound. You have audiophiles who are used to music sounding like it’s being played live in a concert hall, and then you have those who only care about hearing their music.

The sound coming from these headphones sits somewhere smack dab in the middle of those extremes. The tone of the headphones is fairly flat, with the highs, lows, and middle all playing along an even plane.

I find that this flat level, without EQ adjustments, allows the headphones to play at their loudest, which proves to be important to me and my purposes when riding my bike.

The nice thing is that depending on what cellphone or device you are using, in-app built-in EQ adjustments help tailor the sound to what you like. For instance, as a formal professional DJ, I have a LOT of mixes that I have done over the years and regularly listen to when riding or engaging in outdoor activities. As I use an iPhone, I simply adjust the iOS Music Apps Equalizer to the sound that I want if neutral/flat doesn’t cut it. Likewise, other music apps have built-in EQs, like Spotify and a few others.

When using the headphones to take calls, those on the other end could be heard loud and clear, even when riding my bike. Callers have also mentioned when asked, they can hear me just fine when talking to them.

(Max Volume)

Like with many headphones, some will say these headphones are simply not loud enough. This is mainly because the headphones sit on the outside of the ear, not in-ear, which forces all of the sound into the ear canal. Even so, I mostly never have to listen to these headphones on Max Volume. The only times I listen to them at Max is when outside mowing the yard, of which the volume still works for the occasion.

For those who like to ride bikes, it is good to note that you will hear all wind and road noise with these headphones. You will most likely have to turn the volume up louder than when listening indoors. Of course, having open headphones like these brings you closer to the environment, helping keep aware of your surroundings, which is safer when riding bikes.

[TOUCH CONTROLS]

A feature that many/most wireless headphones have is gesture or touch controls, which are thankfully present on the Yistao’s. When the control input is successful (button presses), there is a low ding to alert you.

The touch controls are easily accessed from the back/bottom portion of the ear stems.

(To Control Music)

To PLAY/PAUSE music from EITHER headphones, double-press on the slightly raised area on the back of the ear stems.

To NEXT TRACK, from the RIGHT headphone, triple-press To PREVIOUS TRACK, from the LEFT headphone, triple-press

(To Control Calls) FROM EITHER THE RIGHT OR LEFT HEADPHONE

To ACCEPT a call double-press

To END a call double-press

To REJECT a call long press

Although those headphones DO NOT have volume controls, I find simply using my phone’s volume buttons or the crown on my Apple Watch works perfectly fine in all situations, even when riding my Mountain Bike.

All in all, I love these headphones and use them all day every day with no complaints whatsoever.

Ideal Headphones for Sports! Perfect for Running or Working Out

These air conduction headphones are a total game-changer for me. I love being outdoors, and it’s always been a struggle to find headphones that allow me to listen to music while still being aware of my surroundings. With these, I no longer have that problem. The open-ear design lets me enjoy my music while hearing everything happening around me, which makes running and biking much safer.

The sound quality is fantastic. I didn’t expect the audio to be this clear with open ear headphones, but I was pleasantly surprised. While they don’t have the booming bass of over-ear headphones, the sound is well-balanced, and I can clearly hear vocals, instruments, and podcasts.

Comfort is another huge plus. They’re so light that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing them. I’ve worn them for hours on end, and they’ve never caused any discomfort. They also stay in place really well, even when I’m running or working out intensely. The battery life is excellent, and I only have to charge them once every few days.

The water resistance is also a big advantage for me, as I like to run in all kinds of weather. These open ear earbuds have held up well in rain and sweaty workouts. I’ve also taken a few calls with them, and the call quality is top-notch. People can hear me clearly, and I can hear them without any issues.

Overall, these open ear headphones have quickly become my go-to for outdoor activities. They combine great sound with the safety of being able to hear your surroundings, which is exactly what I needed.

Definitely a Keeper

I've used a lot of headphones but these are my favorite so far. I have small ears so these are much more comfortable than the in ear buds since these rest outside my ear. No more falling out of my ear or discomfort with them in there like so many others. Love that since they are over the ear they stay in place and that allows my son (11) to borrow them. The long lasting battery is a plus especially since I have a bad habit of forgetting to charge them. Very easy to pair with my Android and the connection stays strong even when I go to the track and leave my phone in the car. These headphones have clear sound and steady volume, unlike so many others. I like that I can still hear my surroundings at the track since I go alone. The case is slim and lightweight but not tiny like others. These are a great value for the price due to the high quality and features that are easy to use. So far I've had no issues at all to report so they're my favorite and will be my most used pair for sure, I've already given away one of my others :)

A Fantastic Experience After a Week That Exceeded My Expectations

These air conduction headphones are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been using them during my daily workouts and walks, and I must say they are perfect for anyone who wants to stay aware of their surroundings. The open-ear design is a game-changer — I can enjoy my music without completely tuning out the world around me. This is essential when walking near traffic or busy areas.

The sound quality is surprisingly good for open ear headphones. It’s not as bass-heavy as traditional headphones, but the clarity is impressive. The vocals and instruments are sharp, and I never feel like I’m sacrificing sound quality for safety. I also love that I can listen to music and still have conversations with people without taking the headphones off.

The fit is comfortable and secure. They don’t move around, even when I’m running or doing intense workouts. I’ve worn them for hours at a time, and they never cause any discomfort. The battery life is amazing — I’ve been using them for over a week, and they still haven’t run out of charge. Plus, they charge quickly, which is convenient when you’re on the go.

Another great feature is the water resistance. I’ve worn them in light rain and during sweaty workouts without any problems. They seem very durable and well-made, so I expect them to last a long time.

All in all, these open ear earbuds are perfect for outdoor activities and anyone who values both safety and sound quality. I highly recommend them!

Very comfortable for content creators

Review: Over-Ear Conducting Headphones

As a content creator, I’m always on the lookout for gear that enhances my workflow, and these over-ear conducting headphones have been a fantastic find!

Comfort for Long Hours

One of the standout features is how comfortable they are. Whether I’m editing videos, recording voiceovers, or in a marathon brainstorming session, these headphones feel light and secure without causing any discomfort, even after hours of wear. The over-ear design is ergonomic and well-suited for long-term use.

High-Quality Charging Case and Packaging

The charging case is another highlight. It feels premium, with a sleek design and durable build. It’s not just functional but also stylish, making it easy to carry around. The packaging reflects the same high standard, giving you a sense of quality right from unboxing.

Sound Quality

The sound delivery is clear and balanced, making it perfect for tasks like audio editing or simply enjoying music during breaks. While it doesn’t have heavy bass, the audio clarity and conducting technology allow you to stay aware of your surroundings, which is a bonus for multitasking.

Overall, these headphones are a game-changer for content creators. They’re incredibly comfortable, come with a well-designed charging case, and deliver reliable audio quality. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Headphone Choice That I Can't Put Down!

I’ve tried many different air conduction headphones for running, but these open ear headphones are by far the best. I’ve been using them for a week, and I love how they don’t block out external sounds. This is perfect for running in areas where I need to be aware of traffic and other people. The design is so lightweight and comfortable that I barely notice I’m wearing them, even after long runs.

The sound quality exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical about open ear earbuds at first, but these headphones deliver clear and crisp sound. While the bass isn’t as strong as with over-ear headphones, the overall sound is great for listening to music or podcasts. The best part is that I can still hear what’s happening around me, which makes me feel much safer when running.

The battery life is amazing. I use them almost every day for at least an hour, and I haven’t needed to charge them yet. The build quality is excellent too — they’re durable and have withstood rain and sweat without any issues.

In summary, these headphones are the perfect combination of comfort, safety, and sound quality. They’ve become an essential part of my running routine.

My first pair of open ear headphones

What an interesting technology! This is my first time using open ear headphones like this. They surprised me with how different they were.

You have clarity to hear whatever you’re listening to while still having full awareness of your surroundings. AND when you take them off you can’t hear whatever is being played, so it’s not like everyone can hear whatever you’re listening to.

Connecting to my device was very easy and as you can see in the video the case uses magnets for a premium feel. The quality feels solid and they have a good design.

The sound quality isn’t on the level of an in ear headphone, BUT I think you’d have a hard time creating that with this style of headphone.

Overall I am very pleased with the functionality and the value for money.

Lil Azerty Dvorak

So comfortable you forget you're wearing them

I primarily use these for Teams and telephone calls, and they're far superior to the in-ear headphones I used previously. No matter what earbuds I use, they hurt after a short while and/or won't stay in my ears. That's not the case with these.

This is my first pair of open-ear drivers, and I appreciate being able hear ambient sounds and, for example, being able to have an in-person conversation without removing my headphones.

When I say these headphones are comfortable, I mean it. I've literally gone out of Bluetooth range, only to be surprised by the warning tone in the headphones I forgot I was wearing.

The headphones and their charging case are well constructed. The battery life is as expected for a pair of headphones this size. I'd expect to get through the day on a single charge, but I typically top off the batteries when I'm not on a call.

The only downside to these headphones that I've found, is that the connection range seems slightly shorter than that of the headphones I used previously, but still within the expected norm of Bluetooth. This is hardly a concern in daily use, since I'm never far from my computer or phone.

Outstanding Sound Quality and Comfort!

I recently upgraded to a pair of open-air headphones, and I couldn't be more impressed with their performance! These headphones offer an incredibly natural, immersive sound experience that’s unlike anything I’ve tried before. The open-back design creates a spacious, almost "live" quality to the audio, making it feel as though the sound is coming from all around you rather than just from the headphones themselves.

The soundstage is wide and clear, with great separation between instruments, making it ideal for genres like classical, jazz, and acoustic music. Vocals are crisp and detailed, while bass is deep without being overwhelming—perfect for both music lovers and audiophiles.

Comfort is another standout feature. The ear cups are designed to be breathable and lightweight, so I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The open design also allows air to circulate around your ears, preventing that "muffled" feeling that sometimes comes with closed-back headphones. Whether I'm listening to music at home or enjoying a podcast, these headphones never get too hot or uncomfortable.

One thing to keep in mind: the open-back design does leak sound, so they're not the best choice for noisy environments or if you need to keep audio private. However, for at-home use, they provide an excellent balance of natural acoustics and comfort.

Overall, I highly recommend these open-air headphones for anyone looking for premium sound quality, comfort, and a truly immersive listening experience. They’ve become my go-to pair for music, podcasts, and even gaming!

Great sound and super comfortable - my favorite ear phones

I have been having trouble finding a good pair headphones/earbuds with great sound and are comfortable to wear because they are either too heavy, painful to wear for a long time, fall out of my ears, or the sound is bad. These Yistao Open Ear Headphones are the perfect fit for me. First, they deliver amazing sound which is the most important reason for me to choose them. Second, they don't hurt my ears or fall on the ground regardless how long or what I am doing. In fact, they are so light and comfortable that I often don't even feel I am wearing them. Next, they are super easy to pair with multiple devices, and the transfer range is great. Since they are IPX6 waterproof and have 10 hours playtime with a single charge, I can even wear them in the rain or all day long.

Tip: The multi-function buttons are small. Just lightly tap them to select the function you want.

Here is what I feel comparing the Yistao Open Ear Headphones to my Airpod Pro and Bose QC35 II:

Sound: comparable to Airpod Pro

Range: better than Bose and comparable to Airpod

Pairing: easier than Airpod and Bose

Noise cancelling: no offered because they are open ear

Waterproof: better than both

Comfort level: better than both. Airpods hurt me after about 30 minutes and often fall out ears, especially when I move. Bose is much heavier and hard to keep them on when moving fast.

Volume control: no (Airpods have no volume control. Bose is better with volume control)

Finally the price: $64 vs $250/$350 (price I paid)

Great for a walk

I really like these headphones as an alternative to bone conduction headphones. I had the OpenShockx headphones and I sat on them at the broke. The design of these headphones should avoid that problem since they are more flexible and in two pieces. The performance was similar to the other type of headphones but at a much lower cost. They charge well on usb c, they lasted a long time. So very happy with the purchase
