Works well enough, has some quirks

It works well, but there’s a few weird quirks.

You have to manually connect to it thru WiFi rather than an auto-connect Bluetooth. I don’t love having to take the extra step.

Another weird thing is every. Single. Time. You open the camera, you have to close a reminder to screw the tool together. It covered the entire view and it’s not a huge deal, but again. It’s annoying.

Last weird thing is the color balance is very weird. It’s over saturated, the reds too strong.

But aside from those things, it works well enough. The battery life isn’t great, I get maybe 3-4 uses from a full charge, but with my fast charger it’s not bad. Speaking of, it doesn’t come with a charger, which is annoying. Nothing comes with chargers anymore, I have one charger for about 20 things in my home, including my phone.

For the price, it’s not bad. But I wish I’d spend a bit more for a better product, it’s worth doing so.

Great value - very useful!

This is a really great value. The images it provides inside your ear are very clear and high resolution. I myself am a little reluctant to dig very much using the implements for fear of injury (but that is just me being very cautious)- I did pull a bit of the wax out with this but got most of it out using debrox drops and a water cleaning tool to flush the softened wax. However it was great to checak that everything was clear after that. The before and after shots were amazing.

Why was that in my ear?

So worth it! I've been having some discomfort in my ear so I purchased this to see what was going on. I'm an avid q-tip user and didn't realize that I'd just been pushing wax deeper into my ear.

App is very easy to use and camera is clear. Saved me a trip to the doctor!

Amazing, get it

This tool is amazing, wish I had it long ago. Fantastic value, excellent visualization, can tell immediately if you have a wax buildup problem or other issues like irritation or inflamed ear canal. You can easily take pictures just by clicking the button on the device itself which is useful because you may need two hands to properly insert the camera (gently pull upper outer ear up and back with one hand while inserting the camera).

Helpful Tool

My right ear naturally clogs up, but I had no idea it was this bad until I checked with the scope. With the help of ear drops to soften the wax, I was able to use the scope to scrape the wax. It was nasty but satisfying at the same time. Now I can hear colors

The camera is not as advertised.

This product’s camera is the definition of terrible. I’m able to connect it to my phone correctly using the instructions, but the camera quality is not working. The otoscope had been charged multiple times until it reached 100% in the light was blue when turned on the light near the camera was not illuminated and the camera does not automatically connect to the app after multiple attempts. It did connect, but the quality ended up being a pink and red color. It did not always focus and it lagged. I tried multiple times to troubleshoot and the quality did not improve. It has good intentions, and I wish it worked like other people’s photos in the comments. I am not happy with this product and will be returning.

Best bang for your buck!

Whoaaa! This thing works! Cleaned out my son’s ears and got a huge chunk of something out. It was cheap and comes with a charger which is good. I also used the skin attachment and the picture was clear. Battery life was good.

A Clear Ear Camera I Ever Own.

This is a very clear ear camera I ever own. I owned 2 different brands before I have this, and this is the only one that I like the most. Easy to setup, easy to use, better design, better quality at a cheaper price. It even has a cover for the top of the tool which the others don't have. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Amazing Quality

I cannot get over how clear the camera on this thing is, especially considering what little money I spent on it. I didn’t even need to see a doctor to tell that I had a middle ear infection on one side!

Junk in less than 10 uses

UPDATED: the company reached out and offered a refund. Months later but I appreciate the customer service.

Loved this cleaning device but unfortunately it broke after only 8 uses. Camera is decent quality but it can lag even when fully charged which is a little irritating.

My husband was looking in his ear when he called for help because the spoon type attachment fell off into his ear. At first I thought he hadn’t checked to ensure it was secure before use. Upon further investigation, the entire threading that secured the spoon came off with it. So now I essentially have a flashlight with a very blurry camera because it also can’t be easily cleaned. Liked it while it lasted, but I would expect it to last more than a couple uses.

Must buy for easy wax removal

This has definitely cut down on trips to the ENT for wax removal. The picture quality is amazing it connects very easy to my phone you do not need to charge it every time you use it. Definitely use this once a week. A must-have staple now.

Handy tool for waxy ears

This tool is extremely handy for identifying and clearing wax buildup. It takes a little getting used to but once you understand how to use it it’s fairly easy. You can even take screenshots which I’ve used with ChatGPT to identify potential issues.

Must Have, Best Device Ever!!!

My ear has been bothering me for months, generally they’re really clean but I had went to the lake and weeks later my ear became itchy. It started off with a little wax and most recently I went to the DR cause it was causing me pain and I couldn’t hear well. I was told by my dr she couldn’t see my ear canal cause wax was blocking it. I couldn’t help myself I had to order this to really see what was blocking it and long behold this gremlin was stuck inside. Luckily I see the ENT tomorrow so hopefully they can pull it out cause it’s so deep inside I wasn’t able to grab it out.

Really works great! It seems to be a little clunky at times connecting to the app but after it connects its an outstanding little tool! The kit comes with a bunch of tips and a charging cord as well. I was having a seriously itchy ear canal and wanted to see what was going on- this thing is perfect. My ear was super clean- my husband's needed wax removed (yuck but kinda interesting). I think it was well worth the money.

Finally some relief!

This has to be one of the best $20 dollars spent in my life. I've suspected my hearing has been a little worse lately in my left ear for months now, but last week I woke up with a feeling of fullness in that ear and occasional throbbing that bordered on painful. Over the last week I've tried multiple different over the counter remedies that confirmed my ear was impacted but wasn't actually solving the issue. This finally solved my problem though The camera was really good and in combination with the scooping tool finally gave me relief. My ear is really impacted though, I can tell it's gonna take multiple sessions to fully clear but I'm already so happy. If your looking to clear your ears this is the tool to do it!(And if your ear is really bad like mine I suggest using a saline spray beforehand to help)

Very practical and good image quality

It honestly surprised me. The image is clear and it helped me maintain good ear hygiene. The WiFi connection was easy to set up.

I would just recommend being patient the first time you use it, as it takes a little practice to get used to handling the camera inside the ear.

Overall, I think it’s a good purchase

Very practical, easy to use, and excellent image quality

I’m really impressed with this ear wax removal tool. The camera provides clear HD quality, making it easy to see inside the ear and clean safely. The WiFi connection to my phone was quick and stable, and the device is lightweight and comfortable to hold.

Works Great and Easy to Use

This ear cleaner is awesome! The camera gives a clear view so I can see exactly what I’m doing, and the app connects fast. It’s gentle, rechargeable, and comes with plenty of replacement tips. Makes cleaning quick and satisfying without any mess.

Overall great product video quality is decent you can tell what your doing the tips are exchangeable and it’s pretty easy to clean I would have taken a video of using it but I think that’s gross so your welcome

WORKED IT'S MAGIC!

I was able to scoop out the tube that had dislodged itself from where my doctor placed it last spring! I was struggling for months and knew something was wrong because I couldn't hear 70% of the time. But the soonest I could get into my doctor was in 7 months. So, I got this little thingy and sure as heck, THERE IT WAS stuck in my ear canal right before my ear drum! Thankful I was able to get it out, that I'm not actually going deaf and that it was painlessly done! 😁

My new favorite tool for body jewelry changes.

I bought this for ear wax and itchy painful ears, as well as putting in the back of my throat to take pics when I have a sore throat and want to do a virtual appointment, I wish I had this sooner. It was a bit difficult to set up and connection is a bit of a learning curve but once I got it figured out it was okay. I have my ears pierced in places I can’t easily see myself and I never thought of it till I saw my ear up close with the camera but this would have been amazing for when I had to remove my jewelry for my MRI and put them back in. I do it myself because it’s cheaper and easier than going to the tattoo shop and with this I can actually see where my daith is and that my earring clicked together or is screwed in correctly I just bought a curved taper to put it back in but honestly I can probably use this to guide the earring in place rather than doing it blindly fumbling in front of a mirror where I still can’t see my piercing. You can also totally use this in other hard to see places, not even on the human body. I bet it would be super useful for arts/crafts/precision hobbies like painting models or figurines or even automotive/repairs in hard to see places. Or for getting a closer look at things like removing a splinter or checking on how clean your belly button is. Monitoring a cat or a dog’s skin under there coat. And you can take pics to show your doctor which can be incredibly useful with how much we utilize virtual appointments.

I took a pic of my earring so you know what I mean, that’s a hard area to blindly guide the earring in and last year I wound up with bloody ears, because I couldn’t find the hole and scratched my ears with the jewelry trying to slide it in place. And they’re cheap enough that you could buy one kit for each family member. Or buy one for your tool kit and one for your body. Plus they come in many colors.

My ears have been bugging me for weeks. I used this camera ear cleaner and got so much relief from removing some buildup. Good price and the camera works well. Easy to hook up to your phone. Easy pen like design for holding steady in such a delicate area. Very accurate if you can navigate in a mirror well.

Overall I was skeptical about trying this product. Honestly it was easy to set up and all the extra attachments are fun to play with. I like that you get to actually what is inside your ear opposed to just pushing it around with a q-tip. You do have to get the hand of using the camera while cleaning your ear. Over all great product and I would recommend.

Also was fast charging and super lightweight.

Be very careful with this device

I have used it for about two weeks. I thought that I had excess wax lodged against my eardrums. It turned out that the white stuff I was seeing is actually eardrum skin combined with cerumen (ear wax) and perhaps staphylococcus bacteria. The photo shows the probe approaching my right eardrum.

Everything is reversed when you use this device, so a movement to the left with your hand is a movement to the right on the phone screen.

One day I was a bit tired and distracted, and my hand slipped while it was in my ear. I jerked instinctively to recover the probe, and in so doing plunged it into my ear rather than pulling it out (remember, everything is reversed).

So I punctured my eardrum. It bled for a while, resulted in me visiting the emergency room, and now I have to keep that ear dry for 2-3 months. My hearing has diminished, and there is a strange reverberation between the ears.

If you get this device, you should be very careful with it, and keep it well away from the ear drum. Take time to practice moving it around.

The best use case I can think of for it is just for viewing the ear canal, rather than for manually scraping away debris. If you do try removing debris, you may find that your fingers end up pressing the button to turn the device off, while it is still in your ear.

The old adage is not to stick anything smaller than your elbow inside your ear canal.

The ENT I saw after the accident told me recommended placing a few drops of baby oil in a normal ear. No cotton swabs, no vinegar or vinegar/alcohol mixes (I used this mixture after swimming practice for many years). The oil will keep the natural sloughing action of the ear working in your favor.

As with anything like this, of course, your mileage may vary.

Works good

Video is of my wife getting wax out of my ear. She said that it worked well. The app was easy to use, and the video was clear. I think that is was relatively cheaply priced for what you get.

This product does exactly what it says it does.

I had a number of experiences where I felt like my ears were clogged. I ordered this product with the hopes of being able to see inside my ear canal and confirm or deny my suspicions of there being build up in my ears. To my surprise, with the camera that works amazing, I actually did not have much build up at all. This product is easy to use and the directions are self-explanatory. I will say connecting the camera to wifi was a little bit of a weird experience, instead of being able to use Bluetooth. Overall, I do recommend this product!
