Folds up on itself

This folder was great until it wasn’t. My last concert we used music stands and it was perfect. The concert I’m working on now requires holding the folder. The spine isn’t rigid enough and it t folds out in different directions. Wish I could return it but I can’t now.

Wouldn't buy again.

Does not have a way to open rings u less you pull it apart. Video is very deceiving. Also doesn't come with plastic for music as pictured. Pictures are deceiving as well. Considering returning it for those reasons.

After a few months' use, the folder developed an issue with the spine not holding its shape

I bought this at the end of August this year (so way past the return window), and have used it for a few hours each week since then. I loved it until last night, when its spine lost its V shape. Not bad in and of itself, but the change in folder shape causes the hand strap to be too loose on my hand. I've attached photos to show what I mean. In one, the folder is in a nice V shape and the hand strap is snug. In the other photo the spine has lost its correct shape so that the hand strap is loose. In both photos, the inner strap to hold it in a V shape is in place and is placed in the furthest snap to create the V, but when the spine goes wonky that strap just can't hold the V shape.

Binder stays open even with strap secured

Everything about this binder is perfect except for now it bends back open even with the strap secure. The whole point I bought this binder was because the strap held it open but now there’s no point.

good

Every piano competition requires practicing a lot of pieces. I bought it for my daughter and she likes it very much. All the piece papers can be clipped together, which is very convenient.

Good product

Instead of music script, I use this to organize my work files, nice looking, convenient, and much cheaper than stuff with same function 😜.

function

Very quick shipping. Nice package and good material, suitable size for my son. He loves it and it has impressive capacity, adjustable angle inside as well. If you love music, you will love it too.

Good quality and comfortable to hold

This folder is soft and comfortable to hold on. It’s holds the music sheet very well. It also can store some extra music sheet or note. Good quality and worth to buy.

A must-have for musicians

This music folder is so practical to use! The simple design is light and easy to carry, and the pages turn smoothly without lag. It is perfect for storing my printed sheet music. The folder stands firmly while playing the piano, and you don't have to worry about the pages flying around. The material is durable. It is a perfect match for music students and performers!

The best music sheet folder I've had

Premium quality product and a huge difference vs. the folders we used before. On the outside, the material is soft and premium, which looks and feels great. The most significant difference on the inside is two large, tall pockets that will last longer than the flimsy plastic pockets of standard folders. The only downside is that these pockets will not fit standard music workbooks, so you'll need to keep those separately. All attached the video review.

Very well made music note folder!

Very durable binder for music notes. Fits perfectly open on my piano. Has multiple pockets and a strap to keep closed. Thick and very sturdy. This is a great product that will last along time.

Widely applicable design

I use it as my note folder. I bought it after seeing my friend who studies music have it. It is very convenient! I put my fillin handouts in the middle, the course calendar and syllabus are placed in the left file pocket, and the attendance sheet is placed in the right file pocket. It makes everything very organized.

Nice binder

The binder is nice. I like the strap in the back to hold it. I got this for my daughter for violin. The folder didn’t fit her violin book but that’s OK. She can still put her sheet music in the binder with sheet protectors.

Quality Music Folder with Lots of Great Features

This music folder is well constructed with many helpful features. First, it is made of smooth, leather-like material with padding in the front and back covers, and an adjustable elastic strap and clasp that goes around the spine for a secure, comfortable grip. Inside, it is a three-ring binder that can hold multiple song sheets, with two pockets to provide ample additional storage. One pocket has a small see through, card-sized window attached for labeling, too, and there is even a strap to hold a pen. One of my favorite features is the inclusion of a strap with a multi-snap option at the bottom on the inside. This design serves to maintain the opening width to aid in steady handling of the folder, and to provide a “shelf” to rest the pages on so they cannot slip downward. The strap is removable if not desired. Also, there is a whole-folder elastic strap that wraps vertically around the outside to keep it closed when not in use. I definitely recommend this music folder!

Nice - wife is pleased!

When my wife came from the old country, I had a nice piano waiting for her. She brought with her these old copy-machine sheets that she'd cherished for many years. While I haven't been able to get her to give up these beloved artifacts, I was able to get her to begin installing them in this great folder. It looks wonderful on the piano, and helps the usefulness of these well-worn pages. Certainly worth the asking price, and a classy protector.

Defective, do not buy.

Strap ripped off of both sides after limited use. Terrible cheap quality.

Tight fit for some music, but good use of space

This music folder has a nice sheen to the material, and it looks very professional, but the material itself is on the thin side. There are two full pockets in the interior, and a smaller pocket with a plastic cover for an ID card or small note. The folder also includes a pencil sleeve which should come in handy, a strap to keep music from falling out when you're not using the folder, and an elastic strap for keeping material on the exterior. The elastic strap will be especially useful since the interior pockets are really only large enough for music on letter-size paper. Larger pieces of music may need to be tucked into that outside elastic strap. The interior pockets look like leather, but the inside of the pockets feels like thin cardstock. The three-rings seem light, but sturdy enough. This should hold up for a semester or two and maybe longer if a student is really careful and gentle. There is an interior strap with snaps on either end that keep the folder at an angle. This feature would make a choir look more uniform if all members had the folder and snapped the straps.

Minor issues but pretty good

This music folder is fairly good. It has a lot of useful features:

* Strap on the back which can be used for holding the folder steady

* Strap inside to keep folder from opening too widely

* Two inner pockets for music

* Ring binder - 1 inch

* Pencil holder loop

* Business card holder for identification

* Strap for holding right-hand page open

The only minor issues were:

* Weight -- the folder is quite heavy though also quite sturdy.

* Defect inside -- mine was a bit messed up (see picture)

I will probably be using this for instrumental music and it seems like it will work quite well.

Poor quality

I hate leaving poor reviews. It's a good design, great features, BUT...the material quality and construction is very cheap. The rivets holding the spiral popped out from the soft cardboard core (1 day after the return window closed). Would recommend finding a binder with a rigid plastic core instead of pulp cardboard. It's trash now, sadly. Guess it's back to the $1 plastic binders that last forever.

Great Folder for Chamber Orchestra Music

I ordered this music folder because my old one was too large, and I'm really pleased with the size and quality. It's perfect for holding my chamber orchestra music, and the handle makes it easy to carry during rehearsals. The material feels sturdy, and there's a spot for a pencil, which is handy. Overall, it's well-designed and does exactly what I need it to do!

Broken After Two Uses

Well made.

Excellent sheet music folder for choir. Exactly what the choir director wanted for participants. It is so easy to adjust the strap to hold during performances. I also appreciate that there is an extra elastic to keep it propped at a 120 degree angle.

This is made well and features expandable pockets that are very easy to use without having to worry about tearing the binder.

Highly recommend!

Has business card or license holder

Has space to hold a pencil. Has adjustable handle on back to adjust to fit ones hand . A snap inside to keep it from closing on itself. Really nice folder.

Not quite as advertised - Quality control is lax!

Let me say up front, I love this music folder - Lots of pluses including smooth (non-snagging edges), interior adjustable strap for folder angle, 2 large interior pockets (front & back), adjustable handstrap on exterior binding, and elastic tab on inner front panel to hold pencil. All great features. However!! The ring size is advertised at 2.5 cm (1"). I ordered two binders and one was 1" and the other 3/4". Makes a big difference in how much music you can put in there - Kind of a game changer. I sent one folder back (telling them the item was defective and why) and got another folder with the exact same problem. If it were free (due to my trouble), I'd be OK with this, but paying $25 for a product that is misadvertised is just not right. Keep that in mind if you're considering this folder!
