Great no-subscription camera, actually runs on solar as advertised
I finally decided to ditch the monthly cloud storage fees and picked this up to monitor my driveway. After having it set up for a while, I'm really happy with how it performs.
The setup was surprisingly painless. The Bluetooth pairing made connecting it to my Wi-Fi way easier than those older QR-code scans other brands use. Once I got it mounted, the solar panel is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Even through some recent cloudy days, the battery stayed topped off and I haven't had to unplug it or charge it manually once.
Picture quality is crisp during the day, but the color night vision with the built-in spotlight was a pleasant surprise. You can actually make out details and colors instead of getting that grainy, low-res black-and-white footage most cameras shoot at night. The motion tracking works well enough to keep things centered in the frame.
Only real complaints are minor, they don't include an SD card in the box, but at this price not unexpected at all. The app loads up a bit slow sometimes. It usually takes a few seconds to connect to the live feed, which is slightly annoying if you're trying to check an alert immediately.
Other than that, I'm really happy with it. The camera feels sturdy outside and hasn't budged during some heavy rain we've had. If you're looking for a reliable home security cam without the monthly bills, this is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with this camera. The image is seen with clarity and sharpness in addition to a color night vision and detection of people, it has a solar panel which is very practical because it avoids having to constantly charge the battery. You can also control the movement of the camera from the application on the phone allowing you to be aware at all times. It also allows you to save the recordings locally with a microSD card without having to pay a monthly subscription. In general, it is a complete camera, easy to install and very convenient to have external surveillance without cables.

Great Security Camera with voice, rotating capability and without subscription
We've got Youkey Wireless Solar Security Camera, because we were looking for a wireless, subscription free camera for our driveway. It is even better than we hoped. The cameral is easy to install and connect to the app. Solar battery and wireless connection are a big plus, as we can put it virtually anywhere without concern for electricity or frequently changing batteries.
The camera is very effective in tracking any activity in our driveway whether there are humans or cars. It alerts us, if something is going on, and allows us to speak to people outside from our house. The picture is very clear, and the ability to rotate the camera remotely gives us full view, and allows to avoid blind spots. One of my favorite features is the ability to record to an SD card, and not utilize cloud storage or have subscription fees. The camera records great during the day or night, with a clear night image.
Youkey Solar Security Camera is a great tool for providing security for our home and driveway and is definitely worth the price. Solar security camera works great!
The camera arrived on time. It was packaged well and was delivered without any damage.
I needed a security camera on my detached garage on the alley. There are a lot of people traveling the alley and some crime has been happening. I needed to install it at the top eave of my garage but would have needed to hire an electrician to run wiring. Since it was high off the ground, I decided to try this solar powered one. I get a lot of sun, so I'm not worried about not being able to charge it.
My first thought was that it looked much nicer in front of me. It seems to be very solid and well made. Another important thing is that it is large enough so that any potential troublemakers can see it and perhaps leave my garage alone.
Installing the camera was pretty easy. The camera and mounting hardware look like it will withstand the weather pretty well. I'm also fortunate that I do have a roof that extends out and will offer it some protection. I was also able to place the solar panels above it on the roof of my garage, so it will get plenty of sunshine. So far, it lasts the entire night, even when some days have been pretty cloudy.
The Youkey S340 outdoor security camera has a great 2.5K image quality. The video is very clear. I also love that the nighttime vision works great, too. I have no problem seeing detailed images. In fact, my neighbor's garage got broken into and my camera picked up the person's face, and the police were able to apprehend the person.
I really like that the camera is not locked into one set view. Instead, it can remotely pan 350 degrees and tilt 90 degree using the free app. You can also have 4 preset views if you don't need full pan view. The 4 preset views work great for me.
I also appreciate that you do not need to purchase a subscription. However, you can save images to a paid cloud subscription, or you can save to your own microSD card, which is what I am doing as I have many sitting around my house. The included app works very well and sends notifications when movement is detected.
I was a little worried about the cost of the camera. However, after getting it and using it, I feel it is a very high-quality camera and definitely a reasonable cost.
Pros: Heave duty, pan and tilts, great day and night video, free app, solar powered, and reasonably priced.

I love this camera and extremely happy with how it is performing. I'm even thinking about getting another one for the front of my house. I highly recommend.

Good outdoor wireless camera
This review is for the youkey Solar Security Camera Wireless Outdoor, 24/7 AOV Recording, 82 ft AI Person/Vehicle Detection, 2.5K Color Night, No Subscription, 360° Pan/Tilt, Human Tracking, 10,000mAh Battery, IP67 (S340).
This is my second youkey security camera. The camera does an excellent job at tracking movement and with the solar panel, it's always on. The image quality is good as well. There is a wall mount that can be mounted to the wall by the back bracket, or can be mounted through the top of the bracket. Storage space is going to be an issue since it doesn't come with an SD card so you're going to have to get your own. If you're going to get this camera it's best to buy additional cameras now instead of waiting for some time in the future. I have cameras from three different manufacturers and none of them are compatible so I have to manage my cameras through three different apps.
As far as value for the money, the price of this camera is pretty comparable to other cameras with a 360 view. The benefit is the included solar panel which makes it very convenient.

Very nice panning security camera, and it's solar!
This YouKey security camera is now part of a network of cameras at my house. There's a doorbell camera (hardwired), a fixed camera (hardwired) covering the backyard, and a panning room monitor camera (hardwired). I also have a solar-powered fixed camera mounted outside on the house. The camera under review is a panning type of camera with a separate solar panel providing power.
Solar power works when you can't or don't want to run a wire from the house to the camera. Keep in mind though that you must placing it out where the sun shines. Seems obvious, but placement is important to maintain battery charge. Full sunlight is best with an open sky above, especially in the short days of winter.
My YouKey cameras have no problem linking to the YouKey app. No subscription or cloud involvement is required, but it is offered. Mine are local all the way.
Something to keep in mind is that initially you must push a button on the camera to enter pairing mode via Bluetooth. So, being able to reach it from time to time should be considered during installation.
You will need a SD data storage card, which are expensive these days. I got a 128 GB SD card that should be more than sufficient since I am not recording continuously, rather I'm letting the adjustable motion sensor trigger any recording.
The mounting bracket is built into the camera body, and it can be detached easily by pushing a button (see video). The bracket can be screwed to a flat surface, and it also have a curved indentation for fitting against curved surfaces like a pole.
The build quality of this camera is top notch, and I must say that it looks rather sophisticated and interesting with the ultra-cool panning head.

Easy Install and great solar panel to keep it fully charged in direct sunlight
This is the third YouKey camera system i have purchased and it is a great quality camera. The Night vision is in color believe it or not (see picture) and the setup and installation was relatively simple. The motion detection like all youKey cameras are really sensitive and will pick up a speck of dust falling in front of the camera and notify you its a human detection when its not. Battery life is great but before you set it up outside I would recommend charging it fully inside. Where I have it placed I can get a complete 180 degree view of my backyard. The motion tracking is a little weak in my opinion and is not able to keep pace with fast moving targets like my dog running back and forth. It was able to connect to my wireless system well. All in all it is a product that is well worth the money.

Nice PTZ Camera, Excellent Range
I am a weather nerd, and was looking for a camera I could put on my dock to watch storms when away from the house, but also have the PTZ functionality to monitor activity on the dock.
This camera from Youkey appears to have been a great choice. The camera was really easy to set up, and I didn't have any issues downloading the associated app (the app is actually listed on the Google Play store). I was initially concerned about the Wifi connection range, as the camera mounted about 175ft away from my wifi router. To my surprise, when setup, I actually had no issues with connectivity at this range, but I suspect that it wouldn't go any further than about 200ft depending on your Wifi router's power.
The camera is also really well constructed. It's heavy, and all of the mounting components are thick and durable. The solar panel mounts on top of the camera, and offers some adjustment for alignment with the suns path.
This camera is obviously solar powered, and in direct sunlight I've had no problem maintaining a fully charged battery, even with dozens of event triggers each day.
In terms of being adjustable, the camera is easily controlled using the app, and tracks vehicles/motion well so far. To my knowledge, every time someone has been on the dock, the camera has triggered an event, which makes me feel more secure. When controlling the camera from the app, the camera moves a little jumpy, but it still gets the job done.
I've really been impressed with the image/video quality from this unit. The colors come through clearly. The image quality at night is also fantastic. A couple of my photos were taken at night, and it honestly looked like it was still twilight in the photos.
In summary, I think there is a lot to like about this camera, particularly the excellent range, and I have no hesitations giving it my recommendation.

Set it up and stopped worrying about it
This one's earned its spot. I got it mounted, pointed it where I wanted eyes, and it's pretty much taken care of itself ever since. The thing I appreciate most is that when I do pull up the feed, the picture is genuinely clear — sharp enough that I can actually tell what I'm looking at instead of squinting at some blurry smear like a few other cameras have given me.
It's been through a couple rounds of weather out there and hasn't skipped a beat or fogged over. Checking in from my phone is quick, and I'm not getting pinged every time a shadow shifts in the yard. For something that quietly runs itself and keeps an honest eye on things, it's been exactly the kind of low-maintenance setup I was after.

This camera is easy to install for use, and it comes with an extra approximately 10' USB C cable that can be added to the short cable that is attached to the camera which I needed for the solar panel. The app is not very user friendly, and I had a lot of issues with the camera accepting the SD card, I tried 5 different cards all brand new and the same brand and finally on the fifth one it recognized it. You can purchase Cloud recording storage for $29.99 a year, but the clips it records are very short 5 to 15 seconds, I purchased it but cancelled once I found out the recordings were so short (waste of money). You can set the camera to record human or vehicles or both. It also has auto tracking which has only worked 1 time in the 5 days that I have been using it. I can walk right past it within 6', and it does not track me. It also does not track people or vehicles going past my house which is about 40' from the camera. If you use a SD card you can set it to record 24/7 if you like, which I do. When I go back to watch previous recordings about 25% of the time it shows no video, but it also shows time there that it has recorded (see Photos). It takes fairly good video even at night where there are no streetlights where I live. I had to set the motion detection sensitivity to high to get it to pick up motion all of the time any lower and it was hit and miss. The solar panel keeps the camera charged great; it has never dropped below 90% so far. I would not recommend this camera for the price and issues it has. It has some good qualities but too many bad for my liking.

Great security camera working with Google Home
This camera can basically be installed at any outdoor locations with the solar panel to provide power. I use it to monitor the activities in my backyard, it has great motion tracking feature and very clear image and resolution at night. Images and videos are very clear in case i need to pull out a clip from the storage. And you can adjust the angle of the camera based on the actual need. And the camera covers very a wide angle. So one camera alone can basically cover a big area like a backyard i have.
