NO LA RECOMIENDO.

Funciona pero al principio me dio mucha lucha unos dias porque me aprecia disco perdido, luego de mucho investigar fue que me di cuenta que es que ese DVR no soporta 8 cámaras con calidad, tienen que ser de calidad baja o solamente ponerle 4 maximo 5 cámaras, si no se te va a trabar, asi que si andas buscando un DVR de 8 cámaras y que te den calidad HD, definitivamente esta no es la opción. NO LA RECOMIENDO.

After 20 days dvr is failing. Just 4 channels displaying. Others 4 show lost video

Great plug n play, for live feed

This was a great, cheaper replacement for the Swann 8-camera DVR. It works well; just plug in the cameras and HDMI cord. I only gave it 4 stars because the image is darker on the screen. We use the cameras for a live feed for a handicapped person in our home.

Video loss 24/7

I believe this product is one of my biggest purchasing mistakes, along with the cameras. This is the second Zosi unit I've purchased, and the only reason I bought it a second time is because I had no choice; all the wires were already run into my new home, and the first system died in less than a year. The first one had the worst app system; it never records and always goes offline. Overall, this Zosi system has been a bad investment.

Zosi DVR is compact and lightweight. Easy for traveling.

Good quality security camera system

Very good product that performs very well. And setup is easy with a mobile app you can use.

No technical support

I have bought two of these and I loved the first one but the 2nd one has been a big pain.

Trying to put it on the app it keep giving me an err sharing or code has expired. Then a code 403.

I have been emailing for a week now trying to get tech support to help but no one has emailed or tex called to tell me how to fix it.

I have the camera's hooked up and it is doing a good job recording just it won't find the app.

So in short there tech support is none....

Issues

I've had to replace these on 2 separate occasions. They are constantly jumping offline and having to be rebooted. Both DVR's failed within a year.

Be sure to have packaging/receipt ready if your storage space isn’t compatible to record.

Gotta open it up with screwdriver, the user interface for this device is bare bones. If you get it on sale its probably worth it then but theres better DVRs out there.

I should give 2 star review because the unit bugged down, but ended up giving 4 star because zosi customer sevice took action and fixed the problem, Coco and his team did great.. they send me a replacement unit.. the video quality is good and also the detection sensor.. thank you..

Upgrade

Excahnge my old one still need to adjust setting but just what I needed and includes a hard drive if you find one under 100 make sure it has?a?hard drive

my house is under servailence now when i am gone. and its recorded

i use it for servailence. I have 6 cameras set up now. I have been robbed twice now and will have them on video if it happens again.
