Perfectly decent outdoor ONVIF-compatible POE camera
This doesn't blow my socks off in any particular way, but it also doesn't disappoint meaningfully.
Really the biggest criticisms I can give is that the live view in the web interface doesn't seem to function, and that it identifies itself a make/model "ONVIF"/"IPC" via ONVIF. But it DOES work via ONVIF, so I can't complain too much (and this means it should work with any standards compliant VMS/NVR)
If you want a turnkey end-to-end solution, you'll probably be buying a kit with cameras and an NVR. If you just want a decent 5 MP camera to add somewhere you've got POE, this guy probably fits the bill fine. It's been running just fine for going on a year, the image quality is good, and the night mode is on par with my other cameras. I haven't had a single reliability issue through intense desert sun and pounding rainstorms.
If you know how to set up any given standards-compliant camera on your system, this shouldn't give you trouble in particular.
I haven't tried using the red/blue strobe light or audio alarm.

A cut above the rest in quality and control
A more professional CCTV camera that has control via I.P. over ethernet via an RJ45 cable. The option to either power over the ethernet (PoE) or via the separate DC jack.
The 4K 8MP image quality is higher than those Wi-Fi base 4k cameras, as this does not suffer from the wireless streaming compression and data reduction employed to maintain a data rate. This being hard wired is not being transmitted and is completely private, unless you open it up to a non-private network hub.
Comes complete with fixture for mounting securely, and a handy stencil for aligning the drill holes.
Movement is quiet and smooth.
The build quality is HIGH, which is sort of given away from the fact that this has some weight, there are clearly some welcome more hefty motors and gearing employed in the design.
A bargain to be had.

Works great.
This camera has really good picture quality for its price point. Setup was a breeze adopting it into my UniFi system. Night vision is decent. Some features will be dependent on your ecosystem you use. Great value for the money.

Very durable
From just looking at this, you can tell it is built well. It has an all metal housing and is very solid. I can't use it however, I was under the impression it was a 360 degree camera, and it is, but it is not automatic, it is fixed. You can orient it in any direction you want, but it remains fixed once installed. It is also PoE (Power over Ethernet), which is great, but no WiFi connection. I was needing this for home surveillance and it is just more camera than I need and inconvenient. This is for a more professional installation and well out of my skill set.

Worked Great. I Used as a Stand Alone Cam.
I received this fast and arrive without any damage. Was packed well.
The price is reasonable for a camera like this, with this particular set of features.
When I removed from packaging, it was quickly apparent that this was made with premium materials, and physically engineered well. Metal Brackets and components, which feels great and give a sense it will last.
I ordered this with the plan of using for a singular purpose. Not to connect with other cameras or systems.
I mounted quickly, and everything lined up and worked properly.
I was able to connect quickly, even though I did not read the instructions. I guess I have used enough of these.
The picture quality was excellent with high resolution images and video. I have not tested the audio yet, so I cannot comment on the sound quality.
It moves smoothly and is adjusted easily to get the right shots.
Overall I am happy and I would recommend, and may buy another one soon.

Built like a tank, works with unifi protect
Decently clear camera at a surprising price.
These cameras seem built well for the price, and the 5MP image is very sharp. I am surprised at the level of build quality and picture quality - most brands wo uld have you get plastic cameras and mounts but this camera seems to have a cast metal mount with high quality plastic housing on the camera itself.
The camera is 5MP which means I can easily identify people and cars that drive by. It has many option sin the firmware - which is not easily upgraded because the upgrade module and live video elements of the UI are hidden behind a plugin that you have to install from a questionable source. Even most antivirus flags the download.
A HUGE thing to consider -the software looks exactly like HIKVISION, in fact this camera looks like an OEM clone of theirs. If I could load their firmware on it, I'd prove it. I won't be downloading their plugin however as I do not trust it.
It DOES support Unifi Protect which is neat. You don't get any AI detections but otherwise the quality is VERY clear.

Would be better if it came with all cables
The Anpviz 5MP PoE IP camera feels very solid and well-built, with a durable metal turret design that inspires confidence for outdoor use. The picture quality is excellent for its price, with sharp 5MP resolution and vivid colors. The night vision is impressive, providing clear footage even in low light, and the strobe red and blue lights along with the audio alarm add an extra layer of security. Functionality is strong overall, with two-way audio and smart human and vehicle detection that make it versatile for monitoring various situations. While the camera itself performs well, it was slightly inconvenient that no power or network cables were included, so you’ll need to provide your own for setup. For the price, the value is solid, and the build quality and camera performance make this a reliable choice for anyone looking to enhance home or business security.

A Standout POE Camera with Pro-Level Features
This camera marks the beginning of my shift toward a more professional setup. As an IT professional, I’ve always been interested in POE cameras, but cost was initially a barrier. My journey started with a budget Swann DVR system—easy to install but prone to deterioration over time, with blurry images, cable issues, and a messy setup.
When I unboxed this camera, I was impressed by its professional build: sturdy casing, versatile mounting options (flush or wall-penetrating), and weather-resistant Ethernet with optional power input. Setup was effortless—plug it in, scan the QR code via the app, and it was live. I assigned it a static IP on my IoT network and customized settings (detection zones, schedules, branding) through its detailed web console.
The real selling point? Seamless integration. Unlike brands that lock you into their ecosystem, this camera supports multiple storage options, including Synology Surveillance Station—which detected and configured it instantly. The flexibility to use my NAS was a game-changer.
Image quality is outstanding, with next-level night vision (even without IR). The mic is incredibly sensitive—picking up frogs from a second-floor vantage point. Video is smooth at 20fps, even for fast-moving cars, and H.265 compression maximizes storage efficiency.
For the price, this camera outperforms competitors by offering pro-grade hardware, no vendor lock-in, and exceptional performance. Highly recommended.

great build quality
I’m very happy with the Anpviz 5MP PoE IP Camera. It was easy to install with just one cable for power and data. The camera is made from solid metal and looks and feels high-quality.
The video is clear and sharp, both during the day and at night. I like that it switches to color at night when it detects people or cars, and otherwise uses black-and-white IR for a clear image. The wide view covers my porch and driveway.
The strobe lights and audio alarm are great for scaring off strangers, and the human and vehicle detection works well, cutting down on false alarms from things like wind or trees. Two-way audio works with the right NVR, which is nice for talking through the camera.
It does work best with the brand’s own NVR and software, and you need a plugin for the browser if you want all the features. The mobile app is basic, and some setup steps could be easier, especially for Mac users.

Works nicely!
I had no issue setting it up and have come to LOVE the camera. It works perfectly and just does its job amazingly well. For all the features that it offers, the price is pretty reasonable.
I also appreciate how simple the design is. It isn't overly clunky so it doesn't feel out of place, but it still makes people aware that it's there.
Definitely recommend!
