One of the best all-in-one ear cleaners I've tried

I've tried a few bebird products, and this is easily one of my favorites. It's basically an all-in-one kit with everything neatly organized in a compact case. The tool fits inside, and the extra ear tips and attachments have their own storage spots, so you can grab what you need without having loose pieces scattered around or worrying about losing them.

The tool itself feels nice in the hand thanks to its silicone finish, and it's the smallest one I've held so far. That makes it lightweight and comfortable to maneuver. Connecting it to the app was quick and practically automatic. I did run into some trouble logging in, but switching to guest mode let me use it right out of the box without much hassle.

The camera quality is pretty good, and being able to see what you're doing makes the cleaning process much easier. There's also something oddly satisfying about seeing the buildup come out! Just be gentle when using it, since it's important not to push too far into the ear canal. I also like that the kit includes attachments for examining the nose and mouth, making it more versatile than a basic ear cleaner.

Great tool

This came in clutch! While practicing my physical assessment on a friend, I found a foreign body obstruction in her ear! Apparently, it had been there for months, and the PCP said it should have worked itself out months ago.

Long story short, this gadget did the trick! A great tool to have on hand, with zero medical experience required.

It’s so easy to use. The camera quality may not be the best but it definitely works. It doesn’t hurt to use its very easy. Material feels nice. The box is blue but I did get the black one I thought they sent the wrong one. Nope they sent the one I wanted. Price is not horrible I got it on sale for $44.99 Material is nice and soft it’s not rough which is a plus. Definitely would buy for my family!

Absolutely worth every dollar

This thing is awesome. I've had a lot of cheap ones that kind of work but not really. However, this thing is amazing. The video is smooth. It doesn't cut out. It's super clear it's got a zoom feature and a rotation feature built in so you don't even have to rotate the thing in your ear. Battery life is obviously amazing cuz it's so small. The material it's made of gives it a really nice grip. It doesn't feel like it's going to slip off. The tips screw on so I wouldn't even be worried about them falling off. It weighs absolutely nothing and super easy to use. Really easy to clean. It even comes with a little brush to clean it. Overall for the money. This is way worth it. Just look at that clear shot of the eardrum.

Perfect upgrade

So I went with this brand because I found one in my drawer from like 8 years ago and it was from this brand and it was still working! The quality is clearer and there’s a lot more attachments. I’m not going to show yall my earwax but trust me it was gross and this guy took care of business.

A Worthy Upgrade and Easy to Use

I have been a long-time Bebird user and bought the M9 Pro about five years ago. The new version is definitely brighter and clearer. The extra accessories are also very useful since they can be used for the nose and tongue as well.

The biggest improvement for me is the connectivity. The old model required connecting to Wi-Fi manually every time, but now I just open the app and press the button. It connects quickly and has been very stable.

I think it offers good value for the money. The build quality feels solid, the USB-C charging is fast, and the battery life should be excellent based on my experience with my old Bebird. The tips are comfortable as always, and the material seems to be upgraded. I actually bent and broke one of the plastic tips on my old M9 Pro, but the new ones feel firmer and more durable.

The only feature I personally miss is the charging dock. The old model could sit in its charging base and also serve as a display piece. The new version charges separately with a USB-C cable. This design is probably better for travel, but since I mostly use it at home, I do miss the convenience and look of the old dock.

Thoroughly recommend!!!!

I am absolutely loving the Ear Wax Removal Tool! The camera feature is amazing, easy to pair to my iPhone,allowing me to clearly see the inside of my ear as I clean it. It’s super easy to use, and the flexible silicone tip feels gentle and comfortable in my ear. The product comes with a variety of ear cleaning tools, including tweezers and different scoop tips, so I have everything I need for a thorough cleaning. The app is also very intuitive, and I love that I can see real-time images of my ear canal while using the tool. Build quality seems great and battery life is good although I haven't measured how long it lasts. Thoroughly recommend!!!!

Where was this when my son put a googly eye up his nostril?

This is my second Bebird device and it is way better than the first one. I have tried no name brands and they tend to have terrible apps. This one is great. It does take a little while to pair for the first time, but after that 1st time it's fairly quick. There are photo and video options and you can flip the view depending on which ear. The photo and video aren't super crisp, but it's enough to get the job done. I my right ear was feeling full and muffled and it was clearl why after I looked in it with this camera. This helped me remove the wax and I was able to hear clearly again. It has a bunch of attachments, my favorite is the silicone cover to turn the device into an otoscope. It makes it SO much more comfortable, my son who has sensory issues didn't complain at all. My second favorite accessory is the tweezrs. They would have been a huge help when My son got a googly eye stuck up his nostril! As far as the other little tools I like the clear scoops best, but they are extremely easy to misplace. My main complaint is very small, but I do wish the case was a tiny bit bigger to hold the silicone covers, I have already lost it twice. I don't see myself using the tounge depressor, so maybe remove that and make the case a little bigger so it can gold ALL the accessories, then this would be absolutely perfect.

I wish I got it earlier!

Rarely do I write a review, but I have to because this actually works!

My husband had a stubborn, hard earwax blockage that affected his hearing. I tried contacting an otologist for removal, but the earliest appointment was three weeks away. I didn’t want to go to the ER, so I decided to look for at-home solutions.

I ordered Debrox ear drops, an electric ear irrigator, and a Bebird ear cleaning tool. At first I used Debrox drops to soften the cerumen, followed by gently rinsing the ear with lukewarm water using the irrigator. Finally, I used the Bebird tool to carefully remove the softened wax.

This combination worked surprisingly well and saved us from weeks of discomfort. It was also satisfying to see the results! If you’re patient and follow instructions carefully, this method can be a great alternative while waiting for a doctor’s appointment. And I cancelled appointment!

Good brand, this model needs work still.

I really love this brand of ear cleaning devices and this one came with a cool carrying case. The reason I have to mark it down is the bending function is clearly not working as expected. With in a couple months the video went bad and it would only work if angled in a specific direction which never stayed. It’s basically useless and needs to be replaced. You can see an image of the broken visual aspect it makes the image pink and purple and impossible to see anything.

Its a small case that is easy to store, lightweight and easy for travel.

The directions are clear, the set up was quick and easy.

The earwax removal

The earwax removal is easy to use, the light in the camera is outstanding. You can see very well. The functionality is very easy to use just unscrew one tip and you can screw another one in. The functionality is great if not hard to use if you had even one of these before. If you haven’t used one, you just go get the app and then first you set up on Wi-Fi for this app and then you go back to the app and open it and it’s ready to go. The effectiveness is great. It’s easy to clean. The only thing about the battery life is that you have to keep it plugged in. I kept it plugged in for two days and then I noticed it was completely charged so I unplugged it. A day went by and I went to it and it was completely out of battery. So I realized I probably have to have it plugged in all the time. Every time I go to it, it is ready to go. So if you have to travel, just take it off the plug shut the lid. Take the plug with you and you’re ready to go. This brand is a well-known brand and it is good it speaks volumes and it is worth it money.

Great for kids - wish there were instructions

My son and his dad always have a build up of wax in their ears. For our son, his pediatrician would clean it out, but he suggested we find a way to clean his ears ourselves. I picked this up as a way to get the wax that is close to the front of the ear canal.

As you can see in the video, I kept the tip towards the front and you can see the wax that was built up. I had already cleaned out a large amount that was actually the canal and causing him not to hear proper. What was left behind, I didn't clean away too much as I know wax serves a purpose as well.

I do wish that there were actual instructions for usage. I read the enclosed booklet and scanned everything but there was nothing. It was easy to use, but I am not 100% sure how to use all of the included attachments.

I could not get this to attach and work with my phone at first. It took me almost an hour until I got it to work. I have an Andriod (S25+) i was able to get it connected to my old Samsung S10+ and the other half Kyocera right away. I didn't try those phones until my phone did not work.

Lots of adaptors and tips.

Setup was quick and easy. the included QR code links to the app, which i downloaded and connected to the device in under a minute. It comes pre-charged and ready to use, and includes a USB charging cable (note: no charging block included). The carrying case is very nice, modern/ minimalistic, love it. It opens and is shaped similar to an AirPods case.

The camera quality is clear and magnified, large variety of interchangeable tips. Different shapes and sizes. Adaptors for tweezer tip, and ear nose and throat tips. much more than expected. The grip/skin on the tool is smooth,velvety rubber.

The device does get warm during use on the end that goes into the ear. The light on the camera is not as bright as i need, which makes it hard to see farther away.. by that i mean deeper into the ear where i personally cant seem to reach. The part where you see people digging out some really nasty stuff.. the limitation is the shape and flexibility of the tool. As far as i could tell, with the instructions asking you not to bend it...The camera end does not allow for manual adjustment to accommodate bends in the ear canal. In my case, the canal curves, so the camera and tool could not reach as far as its meant to , around my ear canal bend.. like they do in videos. I did get to see a peek when i tried really hard and posotioned it just right and the lighting was just right, and it horrified me. So if i cant get this to ever reach.. i may have to just go to a professional for a cl3aning. I get freaked out looking in my own ear and others anyways.

The included instructions note that the tip can be bent only in specific directions ..left and right..and you must read carefully to determine which direction applies to which side. However, it’s unclear whether this means the tip is designed to hold a bent shape, or simply that it allows for slight pressure during use without breaking. The manual warns that applying force in other directions can damage the tool, so caution is required.

Using the device while viewing the live feed on the app can be disorienting. Because the video feed does not mirror your movements, it can be difficult to navigate and control direction accurately inside the ear. Often times i have 0 sense of direction and i couldn't comprehend why my hand only understood left and right but could not go up down in out or diagonal. Its a strange feeling, so probably gets better with practice.

I do think 65 dollars is too high. But idk..maybe shop around more, and compare prices, and devices, and make sure you getting the best deal here.

I love this compact camera. My toddler keeps getting ear infections and it’s nice to be able to look myself to see if his ears are red or drainage before bringing him into the doctors. It is compact and you can take it anywhere with you!

Be cautious with this product. It’s my second one. I’ve had a cheaper bebird before, but this one is significantly worse.
